Look exactly like the picture. The glitter ones are high quality, the glitter stays on! In my set, one was missing a top, and the glitter ones were the wrong color. Dealing with this company was so easy and actually pleasant. They rectified the mistake promptly and even sent extra balls and tops.
These Christmas balls are absolutely beautiful and their color is so vibrant. I ordered the 2.5 in which is a standard size for a Christmas ball. It arrived with no dents cracks or chips. Our tree is Stitch themed along with the darker blue and this color was perfect for what we needed it for. This is a quality item and I will be purchasing more colors in the future.
The ornaments are a great price for a nice variety. 4 of the ornaments were damaged, but the package included contact info for the seller. I reached out to them through text and they replied right away! After asking a few questions the offered to send me replacements. They wente above and beyond and included extra ornaments to my order. Everything was resolved same day. Definitely recommend.
I ordered the 3.2" "shatterproof" ornaments twice. The 1st order arrived in a crushed box and, with no protection inside the shipping box, 5 ornaments were cracked, with dents and holes. I contacted NineForce per the instructions inside the box. They graciously offered a $10 credit to keep the damaged ones as they didn't have any in stock. I told them that, since the shipping box had a crushed corner, I felt that Amazon was responsible, not them. I returned them to Amazon and reordered the same items. They arrived undamaged. BUT Amazon needs to pack these with box filler as they are somewhat fragile, and the flimsy plastic box they are packaged in offers no protection during shipping. KUDOS to NineForce for offering a credit. If I didn't need exactly 24 ornaments for my front porch railing, I might have taken it. But I reordered hoping the 2nd time was a charm. It was. I glued the top part onto the ornament as I cut off the string and hung them with zip ties. Amazon needs to step up and cushion or bubble wrap fragile items such as these for shipping, that is why I'm giving 4 stars. And they are plastic, so they do need a little touch up from rubbing together during transit. But I'm satisfied with this purchase and the support I received from NineForce. NineForce gets 5 stars!
The color is great for actually getting the color "teal" right. That's as far as the positive comments go. I was very disappointed in the finish on almost all of them. The worst were the glitter balls. Each one had black spots and smears (the ball they started out with was black!). It looks like the layers were taken off in the process of applying them. I couldn't find a good side to face outward on the tree. The shiny balls looked foggy because of the amounts of glitter clinging to them and had rub marks that also took off the finish in places as well as on the satin balls. The seams are very noticeable. I always return items that don't match how it is presented or meet with my expectations from that presentation. However, it would have been too late to return these and get replacements on time or in the true teal color (not green or bluish), or just leaving my tree undecorated for Christmas. Needless to say, it put a damper on decorating the tree. Manufacturer, thanks a lot for that. I just hope no one gets too close to the tree. Maybe next year I can find what I am looking for that are good quality and I can throw these away.
