Blinds work great love the solar charging on our windows high up on a vaulted ceiling. So nice to not have to use extension ladder! 50% light blackening works really well with heat reduction, surprisingly efficient in the summer. Very easy to install and follow instructions for programming and set up. More importantly customer service was fantastic! Solar charging panel stopped working all of the sudden and they had quick responses and resolved the issue for me! Highly recommended seller and product. Don’t leave many feedbacks, but felt it was necessary for this product and company.Also paying for the valence was worth it for recessed blinds, very clean look.

Love these blinds - great price, easy to install, and they look beautiful!
I purchased four Linen Sand blinds for the large windows (92” wide each) at the back of our house, where we get a lot of sun in the morning and evening. Living on a lake, we also deal with sunlight reflecting off the water in the winter, making our sunroom uncomfortably bright. To address this, I opted for the motorized shades with the Matter motor and a WiFi bridge. Setting them up and connecting them to my Google Home was seamless.I chose not to get the solar charger, but after charging the blinds once about six weeks ago, they still have 80-90% battery life left. When rolled up, the blinds are barely noticeable as they fit neatly into the housing and blend well with the window frame. They allow some light to filter through when lowered, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus, I no longer feel like I’m living in a fishbowl at night, where anyone outside can see into my home.They not only look fantastic but also function smoothly with both my Google Home app and the remote controls we placed by each window. Installation was a breeze—even with their large size, I was able to do it myself. I encountered a minor issue with one blind, but the company was incredibly responsive and quickly resolved it. The quality is excellent, especially for the price, and I’m so satisfied that I plan to order more to expand my smart home setup!

These curtains are fabulous. They were easy to figure out, install, hook up to Alexa and they look and work great! I couldn’t be more pleased! We ordered a number of blinds with the remote and solar panel charger. We really like how they look and are easy to install and set up. The motors are quiet enough and are responsive to the remote. More importantly the customer service is very responsive and are customer oriented, meaning they want to help the customer; refreshing in today’s economy. 4 stars for function 5 star for value. The install was very straightforward. You attach clips and they clip in very easy. The remote controls are easy to use. We ordered swatches and were able to match our fabric to our walls pretty well. We have found it difficult to connect to Alexa. However, we have not contacted customer service about this issue. We did on something else- and customer service was AMAZING. The value is excellent, and function well. For custom motorized shades purchased on Amazon without a sales rep coming to the house in a logo van- I would say these are pretty great. We have them on 3 windows and 2 doors.

Great product over all, and seriously great customer service!
I purchased a custom sized order after receiving many swatches from Bringnox and other competitors available here on Amazon. Bringnox had the highest quality fabric of the options, and I decided to go for it. Our dimensions were for a 3-panel sliding glass door to our patio, massive dimensions of over 140" inches wide.When the item arrived, I waited about 6 weeks to install, as I figured it would be a daunting task. When I finally opened the box and looked at everything, I realized it was extremely simple to install, just 3 brackets. I installed it in less than 20 minutes, very easy. Then, I let the shades roll down for the first time ans was super bummed out to find that there was a defect the in fabric - a large stitch issue that was very visible right in the center of our massive fabric roll.I contacted customer service via their website, and they were very quick to respond! They dispatched a replacement order, and the new one arrived in a little over a week. Since I had already installed, swapping out the unit took about 3 minutes total. The new one unrolled and was perfect. VERY happy with the results, and cannot say enough good things about the customer service too!!!

Beautiful, easy to use blinds for a great price
These blinds are beautiful and work great. My son, who we bought these for, is paralyzed with limited use of his hands, so a remote is hard for him to use.
