These would have been really nice Roman shades. They looked great but there was a plastic piece on the back that was broken so it hung funny on one side Easy install otherwise. I intend to re-purchase. Easy return.
Great seller and product. This review is for the light filtering Roman shades.Experience:Shipping will take a while coming from overseas but that’s stated on order screen. Ordered one shade to test out and see if it matches my auto roller shades. Package and product came damaged, one end was crushed. Reached out to seller and they were very responsive, typically responding overnight due to time difference. Sent a few pictures of the damaged item and replacement was dispatched within a couple days. Replacement item delivered intact.Item install:The install literally took 5 minutes. This is a pressure fit install that extends on the right and you lock down using the supplied flat wrench to tighten against inside the window return. There are rubber pads that go against the wall to prevent damage and to prevent sliding once locked in. There’s also a plastic slide over that goes over the end and the valance velcros over it all hidden out of sight.item:The material matches my smart wings safari roller shades almost perfectly. The inside of the shades is a light beige texture material and the part that faces outside is smooth white. This isn’t a black out shade but blocks about 75% of the light. The room faces east and does a decent job in the morning. It’s pretty thick and also provides some heat rejection.The panels lift up or slides down. The pleats fold on top of each other towards the inside. It’s not super thick so even when fully opened you don’t have a bunch of shade materials jetting out of you window area. Very easy to open, the shade is counter balanced so only need to push up and it stays. It’s not like a roller shade where you need to stop it. It stays in place without having to lock it into a position. The top slides down but you’ll see two cords about 1/4 width in from each side. Hardly noticeable but thought I’d mention.One thing that may be annoying if you have super tall windows is that the top may slide down when closing the shades.Cost is very reasonable compared to other custom shade options on the market. When ordering, the size width you indicate is the size the shades will be. Mine has barely 1/16” gap on each side. Just be careful to not oversize your shades when ordering or it’ll scrape against the sides.
When I say installation took less than a minute I absolutely mean it. Gorgeous for the kitchen window. It is good quality and really brightened up the area. I have 2 more custom shades coming in the next few days and can't wait.
Love them! They look elegant, not cheap, and I loved how easy they were to install. In 5 minutes I had both installed looking lovely. So much nicer in person. I purchased the blackout linen.
White color on the 70% shade is NOT white. It’s more of a cream/off white color. Also, when measuring I would recommend adding an additional 1/4” to the width (I sent exact measurements as outlined in the ordering process) and have a lot of space on either side of the window which, for me, isn’t good in a bedroom. Easy to install but remember turning to the right tightens and to the left will loosen. The instructions are opposite.
This is a very nice product that was easy to customize online using the window measurements. The order took some time to arrive, but the wait time is worth it - the manufacturer supplied a high quality item (cordless, no-drill Roman Shade with a mounting frame) that perfectly fits the custom window frame, works well, and was super easy to install. Overall, it is a great product, worth to purchase.
I really love them. Ordered one initially to ensure that I would like the shade. The same day I ordered the 2nd shade and added another quarter inch to the width.I actually love the look and the ease of putting them up.I measured three times and then I put my measurements into the system. It literally took me less than five minutes to put the blind up. Feels pretty secure. I don't love the price but I get it. Maybe tariffs are the issue but I feel like it's a quality piece of fabric and you get what you pay for. Don't hesitate. I purchased the shade that block the sun. I feel like it's gonna do a pretty good job.
