Perfect blackout cordless shades

I love these shades! They come from China, so took a bit less than 2 weeks to arrive, but they are perfect. Measurements are spot, and the company even emailed after order placement to confirm the measurements. I needed blackout shades to eliminate the light from a security light outside the bedroom, and these are perfect. Makes my bedroom so dark I can’t see my hand in front of my face. Two brackets screw into the window frame at either end, and where they go is not critical, and the shades just clip into the brackets. There is a YouTube install video as well. Quality, easy to move up and down. Love them!

Great Product! Wonderful customer service!!!!

I would like to start with the customer service of this company. They are wonderful! I accidentally flipped my measurements and ended up with shades that were too big by a half inch. Found out after the return window was closed. (We had delay in the renovations we were doing.) I was so upset when I realized MY error. I reached out to the company to ask them the easiest way to trim the product by a half inch so I wouldn't have to to eat the cost. They were wonderful and said not to worry and that they would send me new ones and all I would have to do was pay the shipping. They did that for MY error. They made my day! You don't see customer service like this often. So kudos to them!The shades are made well and so easy to install. I highly recommend!! Both times they got shipped to me quickly. Whenever I need shades in the future, I have a great "Go To" product and I will definitely recommend to others.

Customer Service does put customers first!

I held off writing a review for a while and hopefully it will be clear to other potential buyers why I did. I browsed a long time looking for a set of replacement blinds for our home office window. It is an awkward size (47"w x 76"h) for a box store purchase of horizontal blinds. Finally decided to go with this set of blinds as I could get the custom size necessary to fit at a reasonable price. After reading and re-reading the 'how to measure' sections over and over to be sure I didn't mess anything up, I ordered the (46.5"x78") set of cellular shades. The customer service, contacted me the same day through Amazon to verify size, color, etc. as custom orders could not be returned. I verified the order and about two weeks later (custom cut and shipping time from China) I was happy to receive the blinds.Then things went a little sideways as I went to try and install them and discovered I had been sent blinds 47" wide though I had ordered (I double checked both the order and confirmation conversation) 46.5" wide. (Potential customers, BELIVE the 'how to measure' instructions for inset window placement!) I re-opened the conversation and began the slightly tedious process of trying to return the incorrect size and get the correct one shipped to me. This involved sending pictures of the incorrect product, labels, measurements, etc.. Initial responses though polite and apologetic, were not encouraging as I was instructed to take the blinds down (they never went up) get more photos (I sent more) and then was instructed to try and put the blinds I had been sent up to see if they would "be suitable for the window." I explained I had ordered (as instructed, the window size minus 1/2 inch for clearance for inside a window mount) the 46.5 because the 47 was the window frame size. Customer service continued to apologize for the inconvenience and finally assured me a new 46.5"W x 78"H blind would be sent ASAP. I got another message that the 46.5"x78" replacement was sent the following day. Another two and a half weeks for shipping time, and I finally got the correct size. The replacement went up easily, looks very nice, and works great as blackout blinds. Ultimately, the Boolegon customer service did provide me with good service and has left me a (mostly) happy customer.Really, I would really like to leave 4 1/2 stars (deducting for the hassle of the incorrect first blind being sent to me) but since in the end I have the blinds I wanted and paid for without having to pay anything for the correction process other than some patience and a few extra weeks, I have rounded up to 5 stars for the overall experience.

Easy installation, fits needs perfectly

I am actually going to replace all my current shades in my home with these window coverings. It blocks light perfectly and is helping retain heat in the home. I am hoping it will retain the cool air when the summer months come into play. I am hoping to update my review at that time, but the light blockage has me replacing all of the shades either way. Easy to install and good quality.

Great product and incredible customer service!

This company by far has the best customer service I have ever experienced on amazon or anywhere. When I initially placed my order the company immediately contacted me regarding the measurements of the blinds I ordered to make sure that I ordered the correct size. Very thankful they did because I ordered the wrong measurements for my windows and they corrected the order immediately with out an additonal price. The blind measuremnts were even larger and wider so I thought they would cost more. They responded to my questions immediately, professionally, and were extremely helpful. I was kind of worried about the quality of the blinds and I am completely amazed at how they look and I love that you can push them up manually instead of having to pull a string down to open them. Very easy and simple to use. They are for an airbnb and I have renters for a couple of months. I wanted to post pictures but can't do that till they leave. Great blinds once you figure out instructions

Quick and easy installation.The instructions are horrible, don't rely on them.For instance, the QR code takes you to a video with no narrator. It shows them measuring the drill hole at "11". I realized right away that it was in millimeters, so that works out to about 4 1/4".There's no mention of how to attach the handholds, but after trying many variations I figured it out.So the first one takes some time, and the rest go very easy. They look and work great!
