The product itself is nice anyhow unfortunately I haven’t been made aware that the picture that needs to be sent to customize this item with personal picture is actually the end result. The description says it’s handmade so I’m wondering why nobody crapped the picture into the circle on the product properly so that it looks good and not like it has been made by a child? Or at least inform your customer about those conditions. I uploaded the picture under the understanding that it’s handmade because it’s described as handmade therefore thinking someone will crop the picture into the product or at least look at it before sending it out to assure quality product.To my surprise there is also no way for me to contact the seller to clarify this issue or to return the product. This is a cute Christmas gift. I found ones a lot cheaper but bought this one because it said “personalized vinyl record”.. it’s not a real record. Still cute, doesn’t play the song like I thought but does have a QR code that brings you to YouTube. It’s not a bad idea but I did expect something different. I appreciate that it’s hand made and that it was packaged nicely. Nice ribbon and cute leaf. The “record” could’ve been secured a little better.. but over all it’s still a decent gift and they’ll appreciate the thought. Which is why I choose 4 stars not 3.
