Bought them for my rock salt candle holder. Used my first one yesterday & it lasted 7+ hrs. I trimmed the wick before lighting & never had to mess with it again. Burned evenly. Good value & would purchase again.Update- Has been 6 weeks & I still give these a 5. I light one every night before bed & they consistently stay lit for 7+ hours. I'm asleep so am not sure exactly how long but I don't think one has made it to 8 hours. Either way they last long enough for me & I have not had one dud!

Full 8 hour burn time
I like the fact these candles do burn a full 8 hours and sometimes longer than that. I use them in my small fireplace to help warm the cold air on the floor. They do a good job after I have warmed the room with my portable heater. I am able to turn the heater off and the candles maintain the warmth in the room for the 8 hours they are burning. I keep them on hand for other uses as well. If you want a bright flame these are not the candles to use. These have a small flame but I love them to use as an accent to my Nativity during Christmas. I put them among the figures, they give off just enough light to put a soft glow on the figures. I use them in my stained glass candle lamp for a really pretty soft glow. I'm never without these candles. Excellent quality as well.

I have used tea lights for my tea pot warmer for years and these are among the best candles I have found for this purpose. They burn evenly and for a long time (at least 6 hours, if not more). Some reviewers have complained that they look all beaten up when you open the bag. Yes, wax flakes a bit; so the individual candles can be a bit dusty when you first take them out but who cares when they are meant to go in a holder. The price for this product is really good!

Bad packaging ruins otherwise good product
I use extra-deep tea lights nearly every day for ambiance in my living room. For the last 8 years, I’ve been extremely happy w Ikea’s tea lights for their quality, durability and low price.Bolsius tea lights would be great if packaged better. Instead, they come in a bag, as my picture shows, and so the wax is literally all over the place. They feel sticky and dirty to the touch, and I’m a bit concerned that wax all over the metal part can catch alight.The IKEA tea lights, also pictured above, come STACKED IN A TIGHT PLASTIC WRAP; as a result, the candles do not rub against one another, and they are totally clean and free of wax on the metal cup.Overall, the Bolsius tea lights seem ok, albeit with a slight crayon-like odor. There is NO SCENT, as advertised, when lit.If Bolsius could come improve its packaging, I think they’d have more happy customers. Until then, I’m going to keep making the trip to IKEA to stock up on their superior and less expensive deep tea lights whenever I can!

Best awesome long burning candle ever !
These tea lights are phenomenal ! The fact that they last eight hours plus, the glow they give off is so soothing and relaxing. My first experience with Bolsius Long Burn started when I ordered the 50 piece. I found myself burning them almost every evening just for the ambience. Long burning and delivered quickly
I prefer these because I find other tea lights don't burn as long and are made a little sloppy (wick not in the center properly, e.g.). These are neatly made and burn at least 6 hours without a lot of flickering. Also, they're delivered promptly, within a week, and I have an elderly mother who loves her tea lights. We use them in the Himalayan salt rock holders and the glow is relaxing. She also likes that they do not give off any obvious odor but are plain.

Best votive candles out there! Ours lasted 8+ hours
I don't write many reviews but I feel compelled to write this one because these votives truly last 8+ hours and are really lovely! I am constantly in search of the perfect votive candle and this one is pretty much it. We throw a New Years party with dozens and dozens of candles around the house and typically after a couple of hours, I'm swapping them out or letting them die. This was our first year ever that we lit the candles at 7pm and they were still going at 3:30am! We couldn't believe it. I had to walk around and blow most of them out. They're not inexpensive as far as votives go but considering the fact that they last 3x most others, they are well worth it!
