Beautiful cross with a TERRIBLE MISTAKE x2!! :/

I was really looking forward to receiving this cross. The sentiment is beautiful and I knew it would make a perfect gift. However, my hopes were crushed upon opening this.The cross was packaged well and is surrounded by protective styrofoam. It also looks nice and the weight is substantial. There is a cleaning cloth, a wood base and a usb cord included.That’s where all of the perfection stopped. The engraving on the cross is nice but there are letters missing. I would’ve been mortified to have given this as a gift had I not noticed. For some reason, the “R” is missing on the words “trust” and “encourage.”I gave it two stars because the cross itself is beautiful and quite substantial in size. It also has a nice base and when you place the cross in it, light emits from the bottom of the base and shines through the cross. It really is gorgeous, but the sad part is that it emphasizes the missing letters even MORE! :(Had it been perfect, it would’ve been a good value for the price, but in this case, I cannot recommend this. I cannot fathom the embarrassment this would cause someone giving this as a wedding gift.
