Got this heart shaped crystal with an LED colored lit base, and was elated with the size, quality and beauty that the lighted base offers with its functionality.The etched message is immaculately done and is accentuated when the light from the base hits it. The message conveyed in the heart-shaped crystal reflects beautifully the sentiment I have for my niece. So very proud of the young lady she became as I watched her grow from a baby while sharing moments throughout her life.The product comes with the crystal, USB-C cable (no wall plug), colored-lit base, a card, and a cleaning cloth. The base has a USB port to provide constant power to the LEDs but does not come with rechargeable batteries. However, the base does have room to install 3 AAA batteries to power the lights without the cord.To operate the base's functions, press the button once, then cycle through the different colors by pressing the button again. Long hold the button on the base to turn it off.Overall, I appreciate the message that this product conveys and truly like the quality. Well worth the price. Very impressed with the quality of this gift. The crystal is perfectly smooth, heavy and sits on the lighted bottom base securely. The beautiful words are etched in exquisite detail, although some of the lines are a little too tiny and hard to read.The colored lights are very pretty and constantly changing. However, if you prefer just one constant color you have to tap the button on the base in just the right way to select just one color. I think the control mechanism for selecting a color could have been designed better, as it takes a while to get it to stop on one color only. Other than that it functions very well.Overall, a lovely gift that should last a long time for someone special.
