These are great shades!

Update July 2024: Back to buy more of these fantastic designer looking shades for my garage windows after putting them up in my guest room in the back of the house where the afternoon sun hits. No issues! Great shades! They also sell them at the orange store and you might find more reviews there. The price is same ish or slightly more.I have had these up for a few months now. They installed easily and I have used them every day up and down, top down, bottom up, the brown color is beautiful, the headrails match nicely and the shades completely block out the light and afternoon heat. My guest room is so much more zen and peaceful without harsh sun all day long and hot afternoons. And also the room is quieter. A huge improvement and I am so glad I took down the expensive “wood blinds” that came with this house and replaced them with these. I also bought these shades in just the standard non top-down version and will post this review there as well.

Great Shades

I ordered these shades and put them up a couple of months before we started a big remodel. The first time I put them up I had the directions and it took me a while to get them lined up correctly. Now I'm putting things back up post remodel and I have to say they were much easier to put up by just watching the video. They function great and are perfect for my office window that gets the sun in the afternoon and at evening. I like that I can have them closed at the bottom for privacy yet open at the top to let the breeze in. I will order more for my guest room once I get it set back up.

Installed this on the inside of a bathroom window. In retrospect, I would change how I installed it. I placed the outer brackets further in from the outer window casing than I should have. The top bar sags a bit on each side. I would recommend installing the outer brackets closer to the window casing. Other than that (which was my issue, not the product), I love these! Easy to use, good light filtering.

Love my new blinds

First of all these blinds are beautiful and very well constructed. I did however have an issue with bowing with the large blinds. I contacted the seller, who was very responsive, sent pictures and the blinds were replaced free of charge with reinforced blinds. I can't say enough great things about my new blinds or the seller.
