When it arrived, the fabric and the quality is beyond my expectation. I wasn’t quite sure about the color but it turns out fitting our desert home perfectly.I have two kids and a pet. Cordless is a must for the kids. Easy to deal with pet hair is another must. It turns out very easy to wipe and vacuum (hand hold one works too). Might replace all my bedroom ones.

This item is much higher quality than I was expecting. The fabric feels expensive, the stitching is precise, and overall feels like a quality product that will last a long time. I bought this as an affordable option to "get the job done" and am pleasantly surprised that I found something that is actually quite high end.
Just received shades and couldn’t wait to check them out. The first thing I noticed was the great thick fabric. It’s clearly double layer and has a substantial, soft feel right out of the package. This is exactly what I want, as a night owl, I don't have a good sleep due to the morning light. I also tested the lift mechanism by hand, and the support inside makes it glide smoothly with very little effort.I tested the shade using iPhone's flashlight. Almost no light came through, just a faint glow around the very edges where it didn’t fully seal. I’m confident that once mounted, the blackout effect will be great.This product gives me the feeling of value on top of value on top of value by having a) the heavyweight fabric b) the smooth gliding operation, and c) the true light-blocking material. I’m looking forward to installing them and enjoying darker, quieter bedrooms. Definitely a five-star first impression.

I purchased this cordless Roman Shade to replace an old vinyl roller shade. The quality is excellent, with clean seams, a nice lining, and a sturdy, yet lightweight mounting bar. The facing fabric has soft, woven, almost ultra-suede feel, which I quite like, but will likely need to be vacuumed or lint-rollered periodically.Installation was very easy. If you've ever done any type of DIY project, this will be pretty straightforward, but be aware that the instructions are quite sparse. For example, step 5 and 6 instruct to pull down the locking lever and engage the locking lever. No purpose was mentioned. I've never had Roman shades before, so it took a minute to noodle this out. The purpose of this lever is to stabilize the bottom section of the shade so it can be easily raised and lowered. You just rotate the plastic rod down and click it into place in the little plastic lock. NOTE: You only need to do this upon installation. Once it's done, it's done.The fit is very good, but it could have been perfect if I'd trusted the process. I have 50-year-old sash windows and I knew I wanted an inside installation. The widest inside measurement for my window is exactly 32 inches. My instinct was to order an inch narrower - 31 inches - so that it would move freely. The manufacturer evidently already takes all of this into consideration. I could have ordered a 32 inch wide shade and been just fine. If I had, the light blocking would have been complete. Not a worry for me, as I live in a rural area with limited ambient light, but make sure to take accurate measurements when you order.These have a very high-quality look, operate smoothly, and were easy to install. I consider this shade a very good value for the price.
