We are blown away with these shades! When we first ordered them, the anticipated arrival date estimate from Amazon was well past the date that we needed them. I started to cancel the order and the customer service team jumped into action. They expedited both production and shipping to get the shades delivered by my required date, two weeks ahead of the estimated date.As we all know, ordering online doesn't give us the opportunity to actually see the product. We were not sure about the material and the color appeared darker than we wanted. The material is far better than the Bali blinds that we were considering at twice the price (after a 40% discount from Bali). The material is a great weight/thickness and feels like the quality product that it is. The finish of the cloth is exactly what we were looking for! These are definitely solid light blocking shades just as ordered. With the white exterior layer, the sunlight reflection will help keep the rooms cooler.The squared-off valance has no plastic showing from the front, unlike the slightly curved valances on other brands. The material wraps around and the edges are perfectly color matched to the material. They project a very high quality, custom shade look!The installation was super easy and the fit was perfect! We especially had a challenge with a blind corner in the office and needed these to be perfect fits. They are.We are excited about the operation of the shades. They are easy to pull down and lightly push up, stopping exactly where you want them to be. Very smooth operation.Overall - excellent! Every day we look at them and are amazed that we lucked out with such a high quality product and excellent service.A suggestion to the seller; you should offer a sample package of the various materials and colors. You competitors offer it and we purchased 3 sample kits when evaluating our options. Getting the quality of your fabric and the colors into the prospective buyers hands will absolutely win them over, especially when they compare to other online and in-store brands.

Great window shade

I really love this shade and I am so happy I purchased it. I purchased it in black for my bathroom window. The shade was very easy to install and it fit perfectly. I measured for about an extra three inches all the way around and we did an outside mount. The quality of this shade is really good and the mechanism to raise it works quite well. I like that I can raise and lower it to whatever height I want and every day we comment on what a good purchase this was. The shade took a little while to receive but it was well worth the wait. This shade is made well, it blocks light for privacy, it’s has a great look on the new windows. We haven’t had it for very long so I can’t say how easy it is to clean but we are very pleased with this shade and will likely purchase more for other windows around the house.

Amazing!!

The shades themselves are great! However I would recommend going 1/8th of an inch smaller on the width. We had to take the caps off the ends for it to fit and luckily that worked! We ordered 1/8th inch smaller for the smaller windows and they fit with the caps on the ends. Have to be careful putting them up but otherwise they are really good quality and block out a lot of light!

The best roller shades I have used.

This is a very nice product! They look good and are easy to install. If you are use to the regular roller shades with the tug and pull you will be amazed by the smooth movement where you move the shade to any level with one finger. Also the Linen fabric stays flat and smooth. Just keep in mine that the final price will be base on the size of the shade you order. At first I thought they looked pricy but I liked the looks and as soon as I received them I new they were worth the price.
