Beautifully made drapes, and the linen fabric look adds to elegance. Note that these blackout drapes are heavier than regular curtains and you may need to add a center support to your rod. I like that it came with three hanging options and didn’t have to order anything extra. You will be impressed with these drapes!
They look very elegant now that I have the perfect size, and the color is a BEAUTIFUL sage green. It looks exactly as advertised, came super quick, and DEFINITELY does a great blackout job of blocking the sun. It’s a great “bang for your buck”, and I’m sure they’ll last a really long time.
3 1/2 stars, rounded up. This was an option I chose strictly because of the unique 78" length. I have a low soffit that is only 81" from the floor and did not want to re-hem a lined curtain. I believe this and other manufacturers (in China) is identical to, or a subsidiary of, the TWO DRAPES company. The fabric, colors, and color names are the same. The heat set process, the same hooks and rings... all identical. I have also ordered other curtains from TWO DRAPES in a different fabric texture that were available in an unusual 80" length. Those hang better, however, as they have weights in the bottom corners of the panels, and these do not, so the ends flare out a bit. I may purchase some weights to remedy the issue. Also, the other fabric de-wrinkled better.A tip from many years experience: Insert the plastic hooks in the curtain, with the adjustable 'hook' at the right height, then put one panel in the clothes dryer at medium heat for about 1-2 minutes. This will soften and de-wrinkle the fabric. IMMEDIATELY, hang the warm curtain on the rings, pushing back the area between the pleats, compress the curtain, and using your hands press and finger train the folds, front and back, sliding hands up and down... all while the curtain is warm. Do this quickly! Be patient, and keep the curtain compressed and completely open for the next couple of days. The packaging wrinkles will be gone, and your curtain folds will be 'trained'. Repeat the process after washing the curtains.For such inexpensive curtains, the sewing is acceptable, and I have not had a problem with uneven length. They really look good. The trick is to train the fabric and buy the correct length. So many of the curtain photos posted on Amazon show curtains too short, hung the wrong height and full of wrinkles. The blackout feature was not important for my situation.
I’m so pleased with these curtains! They are a nice shade of sage green and made with quality, lined material! I also like the fact that you can hang them in a variety of ways. I plan to order some for another room in my house!
