Does the job.

Pretty solid curtain rods. Well packed, the metal seems durable, and the black color was consistent across all parts. Installation was easy enough with the hardware. I didn’t have any issues with the included screws.Deducting one star because the expansion rods at the ends don’t have any locking mechanism to keep them from sliding in or out. This isn’t an issue once it’s up because you won’t move them, but it did make it a little challenging to put up on the brackets. I ended up using a bit of tape to hold the two pieces in place.

Sturdy curtain rod - good value

This is a sturdy rod with good thickness. The individual rods fit inside and screw into each other deeply, making a strong curtain rod. The measurement of the curtain rod I used was 65” long; a frame overhang of 4” and 4” above the frame. That used up 3 spacer rods and two end rods. If you know how to mount curtain rods, this will be easy since you already know the nuances of hanging a rod evenly by using attention to detail. This rod is no different; fairly straight-forward for the experienced and the directions are good for beginners as well. It is also aesthetically pleasing. The only concern I have is that I can’t close the curtains completely due to the middle support bracket preventing the curtains from meeting in the middle. However, that would happen with any similar style curtain rod I would have used with the tab curtains, so its not the fault of this particular curtain rod. I recommend this curtain rod. It is a good value.

The screws and receivers are all located in a precision manner so they go together seamlessly.There’s a decorative ball on each end of the curtain rod. It really looks nice, and is honestly more sturdy than I thought it would be when I saw it sitting on the table in several pieces.It also comes with wall brackets that are very easy to mount using the enclosed instructions. If you’re handy, it will go up intuitively.This is a nice curtain rod. Nice clean, even black color, pieces to fit together tightly to make a strong rod, and nice decorative balls at the end. What’s not to like?

Heavy duty, but not the screws

This curtain rod looks great. It's very thick metal, durable and heavy duty. It's easy to put together. We actually ordered another, so we have matching ones in our living room. It slides to adjust very smooth. Good price-point for the size it adjusts to. The screws are not good. You're gonna need to get your own screws. The head will come off when screwing into the wall, and the screw body will be stuck in the wall, which will give ya more work to get out.
