Gorgeous scent--the lavender and peppermint essential oils combine to great effect!

I was not sure what to expect with this candle in terms of scent but was very happily surprised. I had tried a peppermint blend candle from this same candle-maker before--Big Dipper is my favorite established company for beeswax candles and I love or like almost all their scents--but the previous peppermint combo smelled too much like muscle rub so I was nervous. But this one is just lovely: More soothing than the lavender alone; the mint relieves tension and makes breathing easier, while the natural lavender scent predominates with its usual beneficial effects. I will certainly buy it again!

Bummer… Beeswax seems nice though

The beeswax seems quality and has a nice scent, but the glass arrived broken and it cut my finger. Bummer, it feels like a lot of money for so little beeswax and an inconvenience.

LOVE this candle - BEWARE of PRICE

I love this candle - a beautiful pure lavender smell. Quality product that I enjoy so much. The only downside is that I paid too much for it - around $20 from the seller here on Amazon...then I saw it at Whole Foods for around $8. I thought with the $20 price tag it was much larger. I felt ripped off. However, if you find it for the right price I highly recommend it.

Small size, high investment.

I would give the quality of this product 5 stars. However, I’d give the price for how small it is a 2. Thus, we have a 3. I should have been more thorough with reading the details in the description but after almost an hour of searching for a clean ingredient candle, I purchased without a second glance because of the quality ingredients.It is so small, 3 oz for over $20. This was a gift for a friend and I am bummed to give this little candle, to be honest. In the end it’s on me for not reading the description but don’t make the mistake I did. Know that you are getting a small candle for a higher price point.It is also has space around the edges of the wax, so if you giggle it, it moves around. I don’t know if this is common or just a fluke with the one I purchased. I don’t mind it so long as it doesn’t affect the burn/melt of the candle.
