This is a great set! I prefer it over other the bible verse jars as aging hands can have trouble unscrewing lids. THIS set has an easy to open box.I also like the size of the cards. They are not huge but still big enough to have a font size I can see & not strips of paper like some in jar sets. These also have a nice coating on them that will aid durability.The scriptures are well-chosen and encouraging.Don't be limited by the idea that this set is just for a mom or dad...I like the set well enough that I think I'll get more and just take out the card that says "Mom" or "Dad", put a sticker over it, or cut that top part of the card off as it would be okay if the card that explains the colors were a different size to help it stand out.Actually, while I do like the card that explains the colors, the set would still be a good gift without it as one can randomly choose a card and still get value from it. (And surely anyone would in time perceive the colored themes anyway if they just pause to perceive it.)

Love the Cards, Box Came Broken
This set looks great, and I really love the cards with the Bible verses—they’re uplifting and thoughtfully chosen. Unfortunately, mine arrived damaged. The lid is not attached to the box, so we’re hoping we can fix it by applying some glue. It’s still a beautiful idea and a meaningful gift, but I wish it had arrived in better condition.

Beautiful Desktop Verse Reminder Set
I love the acrylic case this set comes in. It’s durable and petite so it doesn’t take up enough room making it easy to sit on a desk or travel with. Although if using for travel, I’d find a way to secure the lid as it just sits closed on top there is no latch. There is a card included that has the different meanings of each color but if that were to get misplaced you would not know which color you were to read for which feeling. Other than that this card set is beautifully made and the cards themselves are built to last. The verses are easy to read. Overall, I recommend I may just try to vinyl the color meanings onto the clear case.

Awesome boxed scripture set!
I have seen quite a few of these Bible verse sets. I like that this one is on laminated cards in a clear box. You don’t have to unroll or untie anything and they are neatly stored. These verse cards are double sided with a different verse on each side. They do have a color coded key, so you can pick a color verse card corresponding to how you are feeling. The only thing I don’t like about it is the key says “Mom” and I have it in our living room for anyone to use. It would be nice to have a generic design that doesn’t say “Mom” but this is a super minor detail. The verses are in NIV which is nice.
