Real wood and brass but low end. Nice from far.

Know what you’re getting. This IS real wood but a low end wood and has a tacky, orangey mahogany stain. It has a real brass center, which is nice and shiny (although my piece had some stain smeared on the inside of the center hole). It definitely looked much better after I used furniture polish on it. I love it for where I hung it (bathroom) but just know that this is not a high end reproduction. Those cost hundreds of dollars, which I didn’t need for a mere bathroom wall. See photos.
