Gorgeous, wrinkle-free, and great quality rug!

This is the most beautiful rug! It’s absolutely gorgeous! I LOVE IT! It’s perfectly pink with lots of other colors (lavender, blue, yellow, etc.), so it ties together all the different colors of things in the room. It changes the whole feel of the room for the better; it makes the room brighter and cozier. Rugs don’t necessarily feel good or bad on your feet, but this rug feels so good and comfortable as it’s super soft. The blue is not a bright turquoise blue

Unfortunately I had to take one star away because the colors were different in the advertisement. The blue looked way more turquoise blue, and the actual rug is more like a grey, baby blue. It's not a deal breaker so I'm going to keep it. But I was really drawn to that turquoise blue. It's what made me choose this rug in the first place. So that was a big disappointment. When I first took it out of the package it had wrinkles really deep. It also had all the corners messed up. Instead of putting it under weights I decided to throw it in the washing machine and then I put it on a low heat dry for about 15 minutes. Then I took it out rearranged it put it back in for another 15 minutes... And I'm letting the rest of it dry on its own (after that it was almost completely dry). It definitely made a difference in the wrinkles. Overtime with use, the rest of the wrinkles will go away. I know this because I have a much larger rug like this in a different pattern and colors for my living room. I do like you can throw this in the washing machine. However mine is a 5x7. I really think it would be difficult to wash the large ones in washing machines. I suppose if you go to the laundromat and get super jumbo washers you might be able to get a few size bigger done? But for your standard household washer a 5x7 was pushing it. Anything bigger and the water is not going to get through to the entire carpet it'll be too crunched together. Use very little detergent. It does not take much at all - especially if you have one of those front door energy and water saving models.When you first use these rugs, they are super slick and soft so be careful walking on them in the beginning. With time that's super slick feeling goes away. They'll still be soft, but whatever is coating them wears off (which to me is a good thing because otherwise they're dangerous because they're easy to slip on).I included a photo of it right out of the package with all the wrinkles and then what it looked like after washing.

This rug exceeded my expectations! We recently changed up my little girl’s room, and this rug pulls it all together so nicely. It’s very soft and the colors are beautiful.
