Soft, light, washable.

I bought this rug for the area next to the bed. The colors and pattern go well with the ethnic decor of the room.The rug arrived vacuum packed and I thought that it was surprisingly light. I am actually pleased about that. Once opened and spread out, it took barely a couple of hours for most of the folds to relax. The rug is rather thin but it is very soft. It is of course low pile, something that I need, with a dog that sheds copiously year-round. It is very comfortable under our feet. The non-stick finish keeps it in place, thankfully, else if I had to use anything else to keep it in place, the tape would have been felt under our feet since the rug is so thin. Examined closely, the colors are vibrant and the pattern is clean. It looks attractive on the floor and, most important, being light, I can clean it easily in the washing machine. The quality of the rug is fine for the use to which I have put it. The current price is reasonable for this rug.

Right out of the package, the colors were vibrant and true to the listing photos, which really helped bring some warmth and character into my living room.The rug is low pile and quite thin, but it’s surprisingly soft underfoot. I personally placed it over carpet, but it’s nice knowing that feature is there for hardwood or tile floors to help keep it from sliding around.In terms of quality, I’d say it’s good for the price. It may not be a super thick, high-end rug, but it feels well made and looks great in the space. This rug exceeded my expectations. This is a washable style rug, meaning that it's a smaller pile, with a rubber backing, and the design is screen printed on. If you separate the fibers, you'll see the base rug color (typically white). I understood this going in, but for people who haven't ordered a washable rug before, it's important to know it's not the same as the older traditional rug styles.That said, the design is printed on very well, the material is soft, and there weren't any off-putting smells. It did have a nice thickness to it. The rug backing feels non-slip, so you won't need any extras in order for your rug to stay in its spot. The creases come out fairly quickly after laying it out on the floor. The colors are beautiful, vibrant rusts and greens. Would complement most warmer neutral interiors.
