Lots of Flowers at a Great Price

This review is for the “Bassion 20 Bundles Artificial Flowers for Outdoors, UV Resistant Silk Fake Flowers with Lavender and Ferns Faux Shrubs Plants for Outdoor Planters Window Box Porch Garden Home Decorations”, the “mix color” variation.I am so pleasantly surprised how happy I am with these flowers! I’m very picky about them, and these are so good for my purposes that I’m going to purchase some more.They are not skimpy, as I so often find when I order fake flowers. You really get a lot of flowers for a great price.They bend without feeling like the wires are going to break & the flowers stay on their stems even through my rigorous shaking tests. This means they’re going to be great for outdoors. Of course, they're also going to look good in an old crock on top of my kitchen cabinets.I wasn’t sure I liked the pattern shown in the close-up photos, but don't let that put you off. In person that's barely noticeable.The colors are nice & vibrant -- and realistic, too.The fillers (fronds, greenery) are plastic but they’re still great when put in with the flowers.In the pictures, I’ve taken just 1 stem from each color & gotten a nice full bouquet, even in a wide-mouth metal bucket. Of course, I now realize I didn’t take a straight-on photo.I’m putting some of these in old tea kettles that hang on the supports for my back porch roof. I’m putting some others in a hanging basket on my front porch, which gets the West sun. I will update the review, if necessary, when I see how they handle the sunlight.I think these are a great value at the current price of $16.99.

Very nice looking.

A while back, I got a couple of artificial hanging baskets for the front of the house. My wife loves hanging baskets, but where they hang on the front of the house is tough for her to reach to be able to water and take down to perform what she calls "deadheading" where she removes the dead flowers. The artificial baskets are nice, but there are no flowers in them, just greenery. These flowers are perfect for that. There are several colors and styles and they are just what we needed to add color to the baskets and there are plenty to use in other areas to spruce things up.They are artificial looking when viewed up close, but you need to be pretty close to tell. From any distance, these look genuine and really add color. They are a silk material with plastic leaves and stems that can be bent to make them look more natural.The price is great for the number of flowers you get, which is a lot. We are very happy with these.

Colorful artificial flowers that are more realistic at a distance

I picked up these artificial flowers to use in pots around our pool area. I live in a hot, humid climate with a lot of rain, and when heavy rains came, I had to run around to pick up flower pots and move them away from the pool area to avoid mud running into the pool. I’m putting these artificial flowers into pots filled with pebbles to hold them in place, and now I will no longer have to worry about mud running out of the pots or dried flowers and leaves floating into my pool. They are very colorful and obviously plastic and artificial up close, but at a little distance, they are pretty and not as obviously artificial.The flowers arrive very compressed in plastic wrapping, but once unwrapped, they fluff up just fine. I would not recommend using these indoors, as they do have a very strong, unpleasant plastic odor to them. I imagine that will dissipate once they are outdoors a while, but not a risk I want to take in my home. These are a great value for the price as you get so many stems in the package, and I look forward to completing all the arrangements for our outdoor area.
