This floating shelf looks great and feels very sturdy once installed. It’s stable, fits securely on the wall, and holds plenty of items without issue. I measured beforehand, and it fits perfectly in the space I needed. The hardware was included, and assembly was quick and easy—I had it up in just a couple of minutes. The quality is excellent, and the clean design adds a nice touch to the room. Highly recommend!
Having looked around at brick and mortar stores around me locally I had a really hard to find one that was long enough to fit my wall.Glad I was able to find the Balucci floating shelf 48'. As a collector or toys and memorabilia from my travels I wanted something in my room that could hold a substantial amount of small toys and items. Installing was very easy pretty much securing the base with the hardware provided. And securing the base to the shelf itself.I'm very happy with the quality and also the strength of the shelf. Even with a good tug it was very tight. Maybe some longer screws would be more secure but I think the ones provided were good enough.
The shelf itself is a great light-duty shelf. It looks good and is really easy to install, but DON’T use the included drywall anchors. The screws stripped in the plastic anchors VERY easily.
Just a very slight defect in one corner, but you have to be looking for it.I've mounted 4 different 'floating' shelves, this is by far the most stable.Easy to mount, 2 different types wall anchors included for hollow or not behind the drywall.
Easy install,Included wall plugs and screws (I used my owned drywall anchors)After measuring of what to place the shelve, measuring the distance from one edge to the starting of the bracket, I used a laser level and I was done.Looks great.
Hollow and made up of hard cardboard type material. Similar to lack from Ikea but more expensive. Doesn't stay flush and tilts forward in front. Ended up getting a real wood shelf locally for less.
Nice shelve. Mounting bracket could be a bit longer to be able to hit studs 16 inches on center. Looks great on wall.
