IT'S FINE but LACKS QUALITY | -----> DOME IS NOT REMOVABLE <------

I have always been a fan of Beauty & the Beast and so much so now, as an adult, I have decorated my cabinet shelf with B&TB collectables and decor including a working Cogsworth Clock, working Lumiere lamps, Mrs Potts & Chip tea set and a handmade magical rose along with art work and so much more. (I actually made my own magical rose years ago and its actually really good and better than any others than I have seen.)Sooooo, I saw this ROSE and loved the look of it so I wanted this one for another Disney room in my house. Its not terrible, its just not that good. My own one is much more real looking and way better quality.The huge CON of this rose is the DOME IS NOT REMOVABLE. That already became an issue with me as mine arrived with a disconnected rose as you can see in the photos - the top rose is disconnected from its vine and it cannot be reattached because the dome is NOT REMOVABLE. If it was, I could easily connect it. Also, the con of the dome not being removable is if the lights every break or run out, you can switch them out.It is a sweet gift for possibly a young girl but the materials used appear on the cheaper quality side. The grass inside is a little strange and add to that cheap feel.So I don't know which way I really lean with this one as I prefer my own over this but it is cute. I would buy one for my niece in the future for sure if they found a way to allow the dome to be removed.Hopefully my REVIEW has been HELPFUL!!UPDATE: I received a replacement and it is not broken but I still stand behind the fact that you can’t remove the dome if you need to fix or replace anything. Also, it would be great if it had a timer mode instead of off and on only.

A beautiful rose glass dome

I have been giving fresh flowers for special occasions, but they are expensive and do not last long. I ordered the beauty, and the beast rose for her special day. Upon opening the box, I was impressed with the realistic roses. The red roses are dark colored.The dimension of the glass dome is 8.5 inches tall, and the base is 4.5 inches. The glass is sealed into the base, so it cannot be removed. The power is not needed, but it brightens the glass dome. The rose glass dome is so much more inexpensive than real roses, and it will last a long time. I like the longevity of the rose glass dome. I am hoping that she will think about me whenever she sees the rose glass dome. Overall, it’s a very good value for the rose glass dome, and the item description was accurate.

For a themed birthday

We're doing a beauty and the beast themed birthday for our daughter and this will be a perfect addition to the set up we've planned. Im not sure if there are different versions of beauty and the beast but I recall only seeing one rose in the glass this has three which isn't a problem, I think it's been tastefully added. It takes 3 AAA batteries and the fairy light make it shine so well. It'd be great it there where other options of wood (this a real wood base) color for the base.
