It could take a minute of stretching/futzing with getting the shelf to slide onto the bracket/holes. It’s best to come at it level and straight in our opinion. Use a regular sized level, the little one is cute but was several degrees off. Trust your eye…….That said all the parts were there plus extras, the walnut finish was well done. Very happy.

Great heavy solid wood shelf. Takes less than 30 min to install. Plenty of anchor points to attach to wall.
Well built easy to install could of had better anchors
One shelf came with a 3/8 inch twist on the front corner. They were installed using a level, but it looks crooked on the wall. I reached out two times to the email address on the enclosed card as requested. No response. I sent seller feedback through Amazon. No response. The shelves are nice except for the warped board, but I cannot recommend due to service issue.
Great engineering great product. Looks great!! Customer support difficult. I needed 3 little screws that I misplaced. They should have sent them to me quickly. They wanted to make it extremely difficult to get. So I gave up. Screws cost probably less than 50 cents
These shelves have potential, but the bottom brackets didn't work the way we needed them to. It's hard to tell from the photos, but I can't put anything on the bottom shelf because the brackets are bent down and the shelf does not sit flush to the wall. It's angled down a bit and things pretty much slide right off of it.It could have been operator error when my boyfriend installed it, but if that's the case then I would say that they are not very easy to hang. He's usually pretty good about these kinds of things.The shelves themselves look nice, but I can't give this a full 5 star rating when we are going to have to buy our own brackets separately/finagle the set up so that they are hung properly.
