Well Designed, Easy to Install and Well Constructed
We have a pool and we have started decorating a specific area in a nautical motif. When I saw these sharks I knew they would work perfectly with some of the other items we have gathered. So I ordered them and they arrived earlier today. Based upon the Product Page photos, I thought they would be a little larger. Not like two feet bigger, but a few inches bigger. Oh well, perceptions and plans change. For the record they are roughly 17.25” X 7.25” We'll still happily find a place for them.They are very nicely designed using the lines of to not only define the predators but also to create a solid structure. They could have been flimsy and they aren't. They are actually stable. The seller didn't tell us what long lasting, rust-resistant metal it is, but it is laser cut with a matte black finish. Each fish has two small, subtly placed screw holes with which to affix them to your chosen wall. Black screws and wall anchors are included.These two unique shark forms lend themselves to many action or movement poses. In any position they look as if they are two fish on the hunt for food. (When is a shark not on the hunt for food, huh?) The Product Page copy keeps referring to them as Abstract, yet I find them to be as close to photo-realistic as a line drawing can be they are so well done. And together they convey a sense of motion. There are several different suggested arrangements demonstrated in the Product Page photos.We are pleased with the two newest members of our menagerie. Installation went swimmingly (Sorry). And we are ready to enjoy some warmer weather with our cold blooded friends. For design and construction, in the meantime, I am giving them 5 Stars.
