Pretty and low maintenance lavender topiary set for any area of the home!

I ordered this set of artificial lavender topiary trees for my front porch and they look much nicer than I expected for faux plants. Once I fluffed the branches and spread the greenery out a bit, the shape filled in and the lavender accents gave just enough color without looking loud. From a normal distance they read as real plants and add a fresh look to the entry.Each tree is about eighteen inches tall and comes with its own ground spike, which makes placement very simple. I used the spikes in planters with rocks on top and they feel secure even on breezy days. The material has a light flexibility to it, not stiff or brittle, and the leaves spring back if they get bumped.I especially appreciate that I do not have to think about watering, trimming, or replacing dead plants in full sun. These sit outside and still hold their color so far. Up close you can tell they are plastic, but for outdoor decor the overall effect is clean, full, and pulled together.If you want an easy way to frame a doorway, steps, or a small patio without committing to real plant care, this two piece lavender topiary set is a very convenient option and feels like good value for the money.

Very pretty

These and as far as fake plants and flowers go I do feel like these are reasonably priced because the quality is isThese are very pretty. I plan on putting these on my front porch for this spring and summer. These are going to look really nice in a colorful pot. I think they look fairly realistic. You can tell that they are not real once you’re up on them but from far away, they do look real they do steam like they are very well made, and will withstand the elements. The colors are bright and vibrant they’re not huge. I would say they are about a medium size so it’s not going to take up a bunch of room on your patio or wherever you just decide that you want to put themand as far as fake plants and flowers go I do feel like these are reasonably priced because the quality is good.

It's pretty. Shiny wasn't what I expected.

These lavender topiary ball/bushes are interesting. I keep going back and forth as to whether I like them. They're shiny, which I did not expect. Almost too much. But the colors are rich and even though it takes some patience to "fluff" these and space them right, they're easy to manage right out of the box.They're too shiny for the space I planned to use them so I'm rethinking now. I think they'll look better outdoors after they've weathered the elements a bit.They are good sizes, and could look like the real thing if placed in the ground. They're pretty durable and seem good quality as far as color and thickness.

Decent fake plants, but... Easily pulled apart in multiple ways by a curious animal or wind.

For over $40, I can't say these topiary things are a good value, because they don't seem to have been made for people to really use outside.The positives are small. They're alright for indoor use, so I could see using these indoors if you have some empty pots that you want to spruce up. They don't look too shabby, and while I wouldn't say they look real, they look convincing enough at a distance to not draw negative attention. The flowers and leaves and stems and such are all pre-attached, and there's nothing to 'fluff out'; it's just a lot of plastic, so they're already good to go as soon as you give them a little shake. They work perfectly indoors, and I've only had a few leaves and flowers fall off while I was moving them around.Unfortunately, that's about all I can say positive-wise, is that these are decent for indoor use.These don't hold up well to just about anything more involved than looking at them. The plastic they're made of is a lot of little bits that aren't super well held together, so if you grab a fake leaf or flower and pull gently, you're likely to pull it off, along with several others. It's not as easy as string cheese, but it's to the point where a curious squirrel or bird would definitely shed these within minutes. That's not the only way these aren't made well. Specifically, the tube the fake plant is on, just kind of pushes onto the tube of the plastic 'spike', and it's not a tight fit. Perhaps if you super-glued it on it would be fine, but the way it is, any person, wind, or animal that grabbed a handful of it and pulled, would either pull them off the stem, or pull the tubes apart, and then you'd just have a plastic spike left behind in the ground with a small shoddy-looking tube sticking out of it. And while you could go push the pieces loosely back together and glue them yourself if those get pulled apart regularly, if the plastic leaves or flowers get pulled out of their little spots, there's no real way to put those back on at all.Overall, I can't recommend these. Perhaps if they were half the price and made better I could, but as it stands, these are not a good purchase.* I only review things that I personally use myself and keep using for a long time.* I always give my full, honest, unbiased and unfiltered opinion on everything I review.* I will not hold back or avoid describing any issues I have with a product.* I write exactly what I think about things - the good, the bad, and everything in between.* If I get multiple of something it's because I regularly use and need both of them.* And, I will update my review if something breaks, stops working as intended, or otherwise doesn't hold up as expected.

These look real even up close!

These are well made. The part you push into the soil is heavy and metal so it's nice and sturdy. I found them really easy to put in the pots I have for them. You need to fluff the leaves because they get a little flattened in shipping but that's easy enough. I had a couple of the flowers fall off rather easily but otherwise it seemed to hold up really well. I'm not exactly sure why those couple of flowers came off but I'm ok with it because it was isolated it seems and you can't tell any difference since it was only two of them. All in all, I'm pleased with these. They are great additions to my front porch! It's nice because that area doesn't get much sunlight but with these I don't have to worry about that and they still look real even when you are up close to them.
