Nice decorative set with good flexibility and value

I selected this set mainly for seasonal decorating, and I ended up using it in two different ways. I placed the artificial flowers directly into existing planters for an instant refresh, and then set the baskets aside to reuse for real plants in the spring. The flexibility of this set is awesome. Both worked out well.The faux flowers look full and nicely arranged right out of the box. They add color and texture without looking overly fake, especially once they’re placed in planters rather than sitting on their own. I didn’t need to fluff or adjust much to get them looking presentable. The green base looks a bit fake at first glance, but when used appropriately, it just makes the flower arrangement look full and complete. From a distance the flowers look real; it's only up close that you can tell the difference (and who's looking super close at hanging flowers anyway?!)The baskets themselves are a nice bonus. They’re sturdy enough that I feel comfortable reusing them for planting later on, which makes this feel like more than just a one-season decoration. The coco coir lining is the exact same as what I use for spring planting. I like products that can be repurposed instead of tossed or stored away indefinitely.Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the set. My only objection is the price. The set is a little pricey, but in part you're kind of paying for the simplicity of the set. If you’re looking for an easy decorative update now and something you can reuse later, this is a good value and a versatile option. If you're looking for a budget or thrifty option, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice quality, easy to arrange

I got these for a friend for her birthday and she LOVES them. She is a huge fan of artificial flowers and has them all over her property to add color and vibrancy. The quality of these baskets and flowers is very nice. Having the grass ball to place the flowers in is a great touch as it looks natural with no foam ball showing. There is such a wide variety of flowers and colors and she likes being able to freely arrange the flower choice to her taste. The flowers are a natural color - not shocking loud or faded. She is very happy with this basket set.

The all-plastic flower options are like vintage aquarium plants, the spheres are tiny and hidden.

Folks are reviewing two very different varieties of these hanging flower baskets. One has all-plastic flowers, the other has a mix of plastic and "silk." The latter definitely looks a little more realistic. Mrs Aloha Friday requested the all-plastic set because the wider array of colors work better with our landscaping and decor. She chose the Multi (4yl-4pl-4wt-4or-4pk-4rd) set, which has yellow, purple, white, orange, pink and red in it. The rainbow, basically, which definitely describes the unstructured look of our colorful landscaping. It turns out the plastic flowers are VERY plastic; think old school artificial aquarium plants. They'll be hanging high enough under our pergola not to be that noticeable, and they're full enough to be moderately attractive, but she wanted you to know they are very faux and cheap in appearance and feel.One reason she asked me to remove a star was because the quality of the flowers doesn't match the price of the set, which is $61 as of this writing, but also due to her disappointment over the use of the boxwood spheres, which she was really looking forward to and always wanted to try. Manufacturers rarely EVER get one over on Mrs AF on size. She is a diligent reader and double checker when it comes to that, and never trusts photos alone. She got GOT this time! LOL She had expected the plastic boxwood spheres would be large enough to sit in the baskets and be at least a little visible between the flowers. Unfortunately, the spheres are very tiny, and sink right in, out of sight. They are essentially resigned to mere place holders.On discovering this, she decided to cut the assembly photo session short until Spring. The boxwood spheres are very lightweight, and without anything to anchor the flowers down, she feels the whole thing will eventually blow right out of the baskets. Yes, you can stick the flower bunches into the holes of the boxwood cages, but without anything weighty and no logical way to glue the boxwood down, in our neck of the woods these would gradually be in someone else's yard. The squirrels won't help either; they'll root around in the plants, looking for places to hide walnuts and peanuts. ;o)So, she'll update in the Spring - it's snowing and in the teens here now, but she didn't want to hold up the review for folks who live in warmer climates. When our weather improves, she'll assemble what may actually be FOUR sets. She's considering using the plastic flowers in the provided baskets with florist foam hot glued to the coconut fiber, and then placing the two boxwood ball halves in two small urn style arrangements on two side tables next to the outdoor sofa. Maybe. She might put the two halves together and make a single ball to hang from a chain, but she isn't sure on that. That's why she's going to wait for Spring, and I'll post an update with photos when that happens. (I really do update my reviews.) The only thing she knows for sure is there's no way she's wasting those treasured boxwood spheres!! ;o)

It comes with 2 hanging baskets, 2 grass balls, and 24 branches of flowers, 12 white and 12 blue.The pieces are easy to put together, and once assembled, the baskets have a full and balanced appearance. The colors are vibrant, and the flowers look consistent with the product images. The materials appear well-made and suitable for decorative use.Overall, this is a complete artificial hanging plant set that works well for adding color without ongoing maintenance. The hardest decision is where to put them.

Very nice and good quality materials!

These are really pretty and good quality! In the spring I’ll hang them outside on my deck. They are a small bit of assembly required with the baskets being packaged separately from the flowers. Not a lot required to put together but I thought I would mention it. Blue is bright and vibrant and the baskets are a good quality material. Overall great!
