Broken fern leaves when received

I ordered the artificial ferns. They came two in a package. The first one I took out, worked nicely. I was able to arrange it very easily to fit in my outdoor planter. The second one was a mess. Several leaves (6) were broken and no longer stayed in place. The plants were bent in half when I received them, and I think that's what broke the stem holders. Such a waste of money.I read the reviews and when they said that the leaves come off when fluffing.I thought, well maybe they was too rough.I was fluffing them up easy and the leaves came off plus they're broken junk.I wouldn't pay two dollars for these!!! Such a disappointment and waste of money!!
