At first I was Meh, but in a container it's impressively lifelike

This set of two Agave plants with a thick stem currently costs $60 and after putting one of them into a copper pot, considering how life like it looks, I think it's a good value. These are extremely well made and very heavy. I have a lot of artificial plants on my front patio that gets blasted with full sun and it's hard to keep things alive with hand watering in the hot Texas Summers, not to mention the fact that whenever my cows managed to break through the barricade they eat all of my potted plants so I've given up on spending money on flowering or other plants for my patio pots out front. I originally got these thinking I would want to use them Outdoors because I don't like having artificial plants indoors unless they're in rooms where they get absolutely no sunlight or areas that aren't bright enough to grow the type of plants that I would want. I have a lot of a life plans indoors and also my entire back porch area is all living plants. So I wasn't even considering the possibility of using these Agaves indoors but I have this one beautiful triangular Copper Pot that I've tried putting other potted plants into and where I keep it next to the front door doesn't get enough sunlight to grow most plants and I've been looking for the perfect thing to put in that pot and now I found it. Even though this is right next to my front door this agave plant is life like enough that it won't automatically trigger a fake plant reaction. It works great with the copper pot, is very well made, opens up naturally and because of the fact that it has a stump on it that's pretty heavy duty I didn't need to put it into any dirt I simply got a thick piece of foam that had come in some other package as padding which I saved and I carved out a hole in the middle of that so it would support the stock and keep it centered in the pot. If you do install this somewhere Outdoors you'll need to dig a hole with a small shovel and then tried to fill it back in around the stump or put it close enough to the ground that it will stay stable. It's strange that they didn't include some kind of screw-in steak like most of the other large form factor artificial green plants that I've ordered. But for my application in this pot that doesn't have any soil in it it works great. Similarly if you put two of these on either side of your exterior front door or somewhere as a pair, you don't need to worry about putting dirt in the pot, just something to stabilize it inside the pot will be sufficient. Overall highly recommended whether for indoor or outdoor use!

This detail, while adding to their authenticity, means they are best displayed in a pot or container. While you could bury the stem directly into the ground, it's not specifically designed for that as it lacks a pointed bottom. Using a pot allows for easy placement and repositioning, offering flexibility in how you choose to display the plants.Overall, I am extremely pleased with these artificial Agave plants. Despite their expense, their realistic appearance, impressive size, and durability make them well worth the price. A plant I can't Kill (hopefully)

These faux agave plants look way more realistic than I expected. The size is perfect — big enough to make a statement without taking over the whole room — and the leaves have that natural shape and color that makes you do a double take.They’re sturdy, they don’t wobble or look flimsy, and the UV-resistant material is great because I can put one outside without worrying it’ll fade. They’re super easy to style too… pop them into a pot you like, fluff the leaves a bit, and they instantly make the space look more polished.If you love the look of big succulents but don’t want the maintenance (or the heartbreak of accidentally killing one), these are a fantastic, zero-effort alternative.
