Looks better in person!

This doormat looks way better in person. It has a beautifully distressed vintage/antique Oriental rug design on it which I didn't even notice when I ordered it. It's a generously sized 2ft x 3ft. This rug is thick and it feels velvety soft. It's so comfortable to walk on. I put this right beside my bed so that when I step onto the floor in the morning, I don't have to feel the cold floor beneath my feet. This does a great job at keeping my feet cozy and warm. This rug is backed with silicone or rubber and does not slide around or budge. Even though it feels thick, it's actually thin enough that my bedroom door glides smoothly over it. My bedroom door has a door sweep and a draft stopper attached to it, and it still glides over this rug. The print looks very good and the creases from folding rubbed out easily. There was an annoying loose thread loop around the perimeter. I cut it off and it left a gap in the edging. I notice it, but I think most people wouldn't. Other than that blemish, the rug seems very well made. It seems pretty durable, but I'm a little worried that washing it may further unravel it in the area where I had to cut off the loop. The rug is small and lightweight enough that it can easily be washed in the washing machine. I would line dry it though because of the rubberized backing, especially if your dryer gets really hot. You can safely put this in the dryer on the air only (no heat) setting.

I originally purchased this rug to go at the back door to catch some of the dirt traffic my dogs bring in, but quickly realized it is much too light in color to do that. So, I moved it to the bathroom walkway. I love these rugs. I have multiple. Evey room in our house is wood floor or tile and it gets a little chilly for bare feet in the winter. These rugs are excellent for winter use and fold up nicely for storage in the warmer months.• Quality: Well-made soft rug with a vintage faded looking pattern/design. The backing is a thinner rubber, so it grips the floor instead of sliding all around with dog traffic. Machine washable sand the rubber backing did not flake and come apart in my dryer like other rugs have.• Performance: It's holding up well to the traffic of our bathroom. It creates a nice soft place to stand for daily AM and PM Routines• Durability: As mentioned I have similar rugs, and they all have been an excellent addition to our home and lifestyle. It's only been about 30 days, but this little accent rug is doing wonderful, has been washed once, and still looks new.Overall, this item met my expectations, and I am very pleased with it. I would recommend as an excellent product especially for the price.

Does not obstruct the opening of doors

When it comes to small entry rugs, thin is in. I have this located at my front door entrance and it does not catch on the bottom of my door.Additionally, this rug is easily washable and comes out looking brand new. A Versatile Low Pile Throw Rug.

My floors get incredibly cold in the winter. I live in an old farmhouse, and most of the floors aren’t carpeted, so I rely on throw rugs to add warmth and a sense of coziness. Attractive and Practical, but Very Thin

I purchased this 2x3 rug for my mudroom, which is the main entrance from our garage and a very high-traffic area. The colors are warm and neutral and would work well in almost any space. One of the biggest selling points for me was that it’s washable—I’ve never owned a washable rug before and loved the idea of being able to toss it in the washing machine.I was a bit surprised by how thin it is. It’s very low pile, almost velvety, and about the thickness of a beach towel. On the plus side, the thin profile means the door clears it easily, which is important in a mudroom. That said, it does tend to look a little rumpled rather than plush. It arrived creased from the packaging, but the creases disappeared after it laid flat for a couple of days.After about a week of use, it definitely needed a wash due to the light background. I washed it according to the instructions and hung it to dry, and it came out looking as good as new. I can see why people love the convenience of washable rugs, especially for high-traffic or messy areas. However, the thin look isn’t something I’d personally choose for a main living space unless frequent washing was a priority. Overall, it’s an attractive, practical option for entryways, mudrooms, or anywhere easy cleaning matters most.
