Colorful & Soft

This rug is very colorful and soft. A lot prettier than most washable rugs. It didn't have any ordor or smell while unpacking it. I didn't notice any major crease marks that are typical with shipping. This was folding and compacted but with the distressed pattern it all blended in immediately. No wait as with other patterns take a while to work the creases out. This rug is thin, so it's not one to use for cushion more for the vibe. The rug has reinforced stitching along the border to help with fraying and the back of it is non-skid/ non-slip to help it stay down. It doesn't roll up like another rugs I have. The only negative thing or caution I have is that with it being so soft, it can be a little slippery if used in a high traffic area. I love that it's machine washable especially with dogs. One of mine laid claim to it & prefers it over her bed. She gives it 2 paws up! This is overall good quality washable thin rug. I recommend**** still love the rug but it does bunch up. See pic

Bright washable non-slip carpet

I've never had a washable carpet before, except for bathroom area rugs. Because it is washable, I put it in a high traffic room where the dog does most of his playing. Initially I was surprised by the small size of the package but based on that I know that it will fit in my washing machine. This isn't the type of carpet that has a thread count or that has a pattern that's created by using different color threads. The design is dyed into the material. The carpet is thin, so I recommend using it as a decorative room feature because it isn't soft to walk on. Optionally, you could get a really thick pad to put underneath to make it feel thicker and softer. The colors are bright, and the material is smooth and soft, almost velvety. The edges are finished well, and I don't see any loose threads or unraveling. The bottom sticks to the floor so the carpet doesn't slide. It's priced nicely for a washable carpet.

Minor visual issues, but a quality carpet.

I wanted to give this ornate carpet a 5 star review, but in good contiousness, I can't.While it may look decent from far way, and very soft to the touch, the carpet is received had faded coloring in several areas of the carpet, almost as if this was an old used carpet, or the quality of the carpet just isn't where it's supposed to be.[Edit] ok, so originally I had given this a 3 star, but after finding out that some of these cokor distortions were because the fibers of the carpet were not laying down the right direction for the colors to be uniform, I managed to correct a lot of the immediate stand out visual problems, but not all of them, so I give this a corrected 4 star review.

Amazingly soft to touch

Maybe it's just me, but usually anything that comes with non slip backing is rough to touch unless it is full shag carpet. That is not the case with this rug/carpet. It was smooth and soft and when unfolded did not hold any lines or wrinkles.I had to move my bed a bit to set this up as a runner type scenario so I could stand up on something warm instead of my cold hardwood floor. I love the way it feels when I walk or stand on it. My wife felt it and said she needs one on her side too now. She can barefoot in gravel and I can't even barefoot in most grass, so I did not think she would have liked it. Live and learn I guess we've only been married 34 years, so im still in training it seems.
