I bought this rug because I loved the colors and the brightness of the floral pattern. I was going to put it in my kitchen, but it ended up being too large for that space that was presidential because it fits perfectly in my living room. I have a yellow wingback chair that pulls the yellow in the rug forward. I also added a velvet blue couch. It’s loud, it’s pretty, and it was perfect for me. We put the rug over the top of some tiles that have a rubber backing to be sure that it doesn’t move around on the floor and to add some additional insulation. It is not slippery. It is soft. I have not tried to fold it. I’m comfortable with the durability. I have not noticed any particular smell related to the rug. If you’re looking for something inexpensive to change up the look at your room, this is a great way to go.
I needed a rug to accent bright red carpet!! This rug fit the bill perfectly. The beautiful, vibrant colors looked great and complimented the carpet perfectly.
I love this carpet, for the pattern and the color, but it could be slightly heavier in order to keep it from stretching. Found I had to remove all my furniture from the room and put the mattress, box springs leaned against the wall in order to make sure it was straight enough on the floor. It still stretched a bit making it a bit wonky, but once I put the furniture back it looked all right. I installed it over existing wall to wall carpet, so I used a double sided sticky mat. It worked fine to keep this one in place. I recommend you check measurements carefully and plan to move out the furniture before you lay this carpet, and make sure if its over existing carpet you use the double sided mat the same size. It's really worth the price to keep it from sliding around. For me, it's beautiful and soft on bare feet. It is very soft, like velvet. Lovely.
I am very pleasantly surprised with this rug. The colors are gorgeous, it’s super soft albeit thin, it cleans easily. I truly did not think that I could get something this nice for under seventy five dollars. The slip resistance is minimal- it’s got a bit of a sticky back but we still slide. It’s not slipping all over the kitchen floor though. If you’re planing to use it in a family room, you’ll want a substantial pad. I am planning to buy another for the eat-in area of our kitchen.
I bought this for a bedroom and it fit perfectly! I got the dark green color and it’s SO pretty. It’s thinner than a typical rug but it’s still so soft and the design is gorgeous. Can use rug tape to keep the corners laid down but makes the room look way more put together. I will likely buy another one for another room in a different color because I liked this one so much!
Looks really nice. It’s a little thin and moves around easily, but honestly that was expected. I have dogs so it has gone through dirt/mud/pet messes etc. I have washed it a few times and so far it hasn’t faded. I put it into a large dryer (on low heat or air only) and it shrunk a little- which is 100% my fault as the directions don’t recommend using a dryer.
