The tempered glass provides peace of mind in a bathroom environment.The mirror comes with strong metal mounting brackets that allow for flush wall mounting - a nice touch that gives a clean, professional look. However, here's the important detail: the bracket spacing is 19 inches, which doesn't align with standard 16-inch wall stud spacing. I got around this by securing one screw directly into a stud for primary support and using a drywall anchor for the second screw. The mirror isn't very heavy, so this mounting method feels completely secure. Just be prepared with good drywall anchors when installing.While I'm using this as a bathroom vanity mirror, the design would work beautifully in other spaces. The ability to either wall-mount or lean it against a wall adds flexibility. It would make an stunning entryway mirror optionally.The mirror arrived undamaged. Every edge and corner was well-protected, which is crucial for something this size with glass.For the quality of construction, the stylish design, and the premium materials used, this mirror offers excellent value. I was a bit nervous ordering a mirror online without seeing it, but I shouldn't have been because this mirror is awesome! I ordered the 30 x 40" and it is true to size. Wow, my mind wasn't thinking it would be this large! I plan on replacing our existing mirror above the mantle with this one. I love the black frame around it. It has a black brushed look. The edges are rounded and smooth. I tried to show in one of my pictures that the frame is approximately 1 inch set out from the mirror giving it a nice, upscale look. I absolutely love this mirror. I appreciate that the mirror is made of tempered glass which is shatterproof and it also has an explosion proof film. I wasn't able to see the film. This would be good for any decor style and is suitable for a front hallway, bedroom, bathroom, above a mantle or table, and so much more. They have even included the hardware to hang it on the wall, a mini level to make sure it's straight, and instructions. There are two areas welded onto the back which feel heavy duty and able to hold this substantial mirror. Not to heavy and appears very sturdy. I really like how the frame looks with the lip. The hanging could be a little complicated. I have hooks attached to wires that hang from a picture rod on my wall. I would prefer something in the middle to make it easier to hang. However you can just run a wire between the two holes and hang it that way. If you are going to use screws then your have to be very accurate to get both to match up. Other than that its a good mirror and looks great.
Everyone knows mirrors make the room look bigger! This mirror is very well made and looks great! The black part is all metal. Actual thick, heavy metal. It is a real glass mirror, not plastic. As mentioned, this is quality made, heavy for its size. It comes with long screws, wall anchors, hanging instructions and even a little level. That’s a nice touch although it is really too small to be effective. I would recommend using a level a little bigger than 2". You do need to probably put this in a stud even with the anchors, cause this mirror is big and quite heavy. It’s attractive for your home, office or business and it is a great value for it's decorative value and size.
