Powerful motor, great product, great service.
I bought 3 large motorized shades (84” wide 65” high). I reached out to the customer service beforehand yo make sure I was getting my dimensions right. They are very prompt to reply and provided a very good service. Their shades’ motor is powerful yo drive large shades and is working flawlessly since last 3 months. A smart shade that works well with Apple Homekit
We love our new shade. We wanted an automated shade that would integrate with Apple Homekit and this shade fits the bill. We have a large 108-inch wide window in our den, and we needed a shade to block out light while watching TV. This works perfectly! We have it set to close when we tell Siri to turn on our TV and to open when we invoke our bedtime scene. Having a separate remote is also nice when you want to manually operate the shade without using voice control. We're very happy with our purchase!

Great Product and Great Price
We have had these installed for a few weeks now and we're happy with the product so far.We ordered 3 blinds. First off, physically installing them is a breeze.Here's a couple tips for connecting them and setting them up.1. We ordered one with the multi-channel controller and a bridge and then two others without either. After setting the first one (connecting to the remote and setting your lower and upper limits) and before moving onto the next, turn off the first one. And, upon beginning setup for any other blinds, make sure any others are off.2. We ordered all to roll out from the inside. However one came from the outside (reverse roll). It's easy to fix this (although I had no idea what to do at first) - In admin mode, simply let the blind all the way down and then it will begin to roll up the other way. Then reverse the motor on the app and begin the rest of your setup (upper, lower limits etc).3. When connecting to the app, first setup your bridge. Then when setting up the blinds, add a subdevice to the bridge (dont use the add device on the home screen).Feel free to reach out with questions.

Good quality product, better quality company.
The product fit well and was exactly as described. They were easy to install and seem to be good quality. However, on top of all that, I’m really impressed with this company. There was a one day shipping delay where a package was listed as delivered but was not. The company responded to my email within hours (on Xmas day no less) and had answers with tracking numbers but still promised to make it right if there was an error. Then I screwed up and didn’t order the right motor, the company agreed to ship me a hub that will make it all work for no charge. I am planning on doing the rest of the blinds in my house and will certainly use this company for the remaining blinds. Thank you guys.

Great Alternative Motorized Blind
My wife and I were looking for alternatives for automatic blinds to get a custom shaped window in our living. We get a big glare that comes in through the living room window when we are trying to watch television in the middle of the day, so we opted for a blackout blind that we could move down easily as the window is located very high up on the wall. We placed an order with April Smart, with the custom dimensions and some other features like the side light covers, and it has been wonderful. We also opted to get the solar charger to put up on the window so we don’t have to worry about taking the battery pack out and charging it regularly, it just charges on its own. Even with getting all of the bells and whistles with the automated blind, it was still less expensive than going through one of the major blind installation companies here in the US.I would recommend this product to anybody looking for an alternative for automatic blinds. The texture on the blind material Tyson nicely with the white and black that we have in our living room, and it makes the room look a lot cleaner than standard Venetian blinds.
