Whoa! *cough* But, nice.

I purchased these votives for a project, and frankly, I just needed candles of about these dimensions to fill a holder. I figured that the bakery scents would be just a nice bonus -- AFTER I ordered, I read some of the reviews which testified to the POWER of the scents in these candles. Make no mistake: I could smell these through the box, through the plastic bubble-wrap seal, and through the envelope they arrived in! Thankfully, it is a very pleasant, if POWERFUL smell (I ordered the Apple Cinnamon, which is very nice). I'm guessing that the perfume will decay over time, or at least my ability to detect it will -- wowzers! -- as I type this, it is THAT strong! But, nice. But, STRONG! Ohmigerd! It's open in my office, and I can already smell this 6-pack of votive candles down the hall! But, it's pleasant enough. Just make sure that you REALLY like the scent in question. Aah! It's like being waterboarded with Apple Cinnamon Quaker Oats! You know, but pleasant.

Seriously, these are junk. If you are buying them for decoration then whatever, but if you are buying the.m to use as a candle (ie it's intended purpose), don't. None made it past 1/3 of the way down before the wicks were burned off. Complete trash.

The candles gut themselves very quickly

Pro's: they smell great and the scent lasts the entire time they're burning. Con's: they gut themselves in the wax very quickly. I had to scrape the wax away from the wick to re-light them. They're votives so you shouldn't have to allow them to spill over to keep them lit. People sensitive to strong smells could find them overbearing.
