Worth it's weight in gold

This candle is absolutely amazing. The scent is creamy and very beautiful. It's so nice to buy a high end candle like this and open it up and immediately understand why it's worth the price. The scent is amazing and clean and like nothing else you will find in BBW candles. It's honestly not just a scent at this point. It's an entire mood difference. Clean the house 100% dim the lights and light this thing it literally changed my entire mindset. Crazy how one small package can make THAT much of a difference. I will be buying from this company again, and this was a BLIND buy! After reading hundreds of reviews from various companies from nest, Harlem candles, Jo MaloneFor some reason I really wanted to give apotheke a go.It's a really once in a while splurge, and I really wanted it to be worth it and I'm not disappointed. I use to only buy nest for a splurge but I wanted something new and this was what I was looking for. Highly recommend!

Intoxicating, smoky, complex

This is one of my favorite candles. It was a blind buy - I took the plunge solely based on customer reviews. I’m sure glad I did. It really does smell like deep and smoky burnt marshmallow. The throw is strong and actually gave me a headache the first or second time I burned it - it’s really potent. That eventually subsided thankfully because I love the scent so much. The cold throw is also great. I leave it out on my counter all the time. Will definitely re-purchase.

Most fragrant candle (earl grey only) I’ve found on Amazon so far

Edit:So I’ve now bought several Apotheke candles. Packaging is minimalist and pretty. But the scents are all over the place in terms of intensity and durability. Earl grey candle is the best; charcoal and Vetiver are good scents but pretty burnt out scent wise half way through. Charcoal is the weakest out of the three. The enormous variability in scent quality and intensity is odd. Will try more of their line bc earl grey is so good but I personally am not happy paying these prices for the Charcoal candle which was the most disappointing. Easy on the eyes though.—below refers only to Earl Grey BittersIt can perfume a 600 square foot room in 15 min. Scent is lovely. Citrus note is forward.It’s the most fragrant candle in the 30-50 bucks range I’ve found on Amazon. May actually irritate by being too fragrant if left on for longer than 15 min. Obviously that’s not a bad thing, that’s on the user. Am trying others by same company.

Very nice packaging. Candle looks great, burns well, and great fragrance.However, there appears to be quite a lot of black soot accumulating above it, like on the ceiling. It's not easy to clean.I'm not sure I can continue to use this.Unfortunate since everything else about it is so good.I don't know why it's doing that and emailed the company asking about the issue but have not heard anything back from them.Use with caution
