Although slightly thinner than I thought it would be, it is absolutely beautiful! Appears to be well made and the rubber backing is pretty much keeping the rug in place. It looks very inviting coming in our front door! We are still waiting for the rug to settle a little as it has some "ripples" in it from being tightly rolled for shipping. I have since laid some heavy books around on it to help with that. I love it so much, I've been looking around the house to see if I might order another one at some point in a different color. Very pleased with it!

I needed a pet friendly rug that looked nice, was big, and under $200. This rug has a Persian like design, and I liked the color scheme. It’s very durable, and is truly non-slip.For my view if the softness, it’s not plush, but it’s also not super flat like a t-shirt. Think of it like a thin towel that doesn’t absorb water well.Overall, if you want a cost effective area rug that is pet and kid friendly, but also nice-looking, give it a shot. If you want a softer rug, look for a more expensive, Persian rug made of wool.For the price you pay, it’s very good!
