These roses are beautiful and bright. They will need a little reshaping from being packaged but they are not nearly as smashed as flowers typically come when shipped. They are really easy to work with. Great value for the money!

With 25 stems included, there's ample flexibility for creating multiple arrangements without the need for additional purchases.These have a soft, durable, fabric-like texture that maintains its shape well and looks great in vases or craft designs. One aspect I particularly appreciated is that no assembly is required - they fluff up easily right out of the box, and the size of the roses is perfect for various uses, from table decor to DIY wreaths or bouquets. Plus, they're the perfect size - not too big, not too small - so you can use them in all sorts of different arrangements, from table decor to wreaths and bouquets. And the stems are nice and sturdy, so you can easily bend them to fit your decor.All in all, these artificial roses are a fantastic choice if you're looking for something that's going to look great for a long time, without the hassle of having to deal with fresh flowers. What am I reviewing?I am reviewing ANLUKEAR’s (25) Count Faux Long Stem [Velvet] RosesHow were the flowers presented?As is, within a durable, brown-in-color, minimally descriptive, warehouse like corrugated cardboard presentation package; it’s a kind of generic/commodity like presentation.Size?The presentation package measured about 17” wide x 4” tall, and 12” deep.Weight?The combined weight of everything was (2¼) pounds.Weight of just the flowers?The weight of all flowers, alone, was about (700) grams, which is just over (1½) pounds.Balance?Clearly the roses are bloom heavy.Weight of each flower?About (28) grams, which is about one (1) ounce, which is materially heavier, than many average roses, which weigh-in at about (12.5) grams, which is less than (½) of an ounce.How were the flowers arranged in that package?The stems were bent and the flowers semi-arranged, but what happened is that most are crushed, which caused the blooms to flatten, which was kind of disappointing, as they did not snap back to their intended shape, so far. Since the price point for these is at a premium, for my wallet, I think they should have been arranged in a flower box, to avoid the crushing they have suffered.Immediate impression?Heavier than average. The stems are thicker, rather than thinner, which is a good feature – those stems can be cut, but they also can be bent and/or shaped, to some degree, and then straightened out to some degree. The flowers and leaves are a tad “larger,” rather than on the smaller side, I think the topside are more realistic than the bottom sides, even for their size [young to middle aged rose appearance]. The red colored petals are, on the top side, “not” on the milky side, rather a rich red velvet color and feel, the green of the leaves is on the darker side – on the top side; on the reverse, the leaves lack the details found on the top side – causing the look to be more artificial – rather than realistic. The petals vary in detail, and I noticed the bottom color of the rose petals looked a shade lighter and do “not” have the velvet feel as the top side. Further, surrounding the leaves, I think additional leaves would have allowed a fuller overall look.Any color shading gradients?Not in the petals, I have mixed feelings about that, as not all roses are a perfect solid color as they are here.What’s annoying?Nothing really, some silk-like flowers shed, these do not.Are these giftable?The flowers are, yes, however, not necessarily in the way they were presented to me, in that warehouse like box. Further, I think they need to be arranged, wrapped in tissue, and presented in a way that is more professional and eye appealing for gifting.Any provenance included?Nothing, no care instructions nor other information, such as their composition.Did the listing accurately “portray” what was received?For my eye, I opine the listing exaggerated the looks [round versus flattened – and some of the colors, like the stems]. It’s not material, but it’s enough for me to notice the differences after having received the roses.Any certifications?No, but I think the following could have been possible.TÜV SÜD America certification?I see “no” TÜV SÜD certification mark.What is TÜV SÜD America?It’s a trusted partner that tests products aimed at the US market to deliver safe and reliable products; it’s a symbol of product safety in my mind.OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification – which is one of the world's best-known labels for goods tested for harmful substances. In my opinion, goods with this certification gives me confidence the product has a high safety threshold. I did “not” see that certification here.CE standard?No.What is CE?This is a European standard that has no weight in the United States.BPA free?Unknown.Country of origin?The listing, and a reference on a UPC label, note these were made in China.Durable?They did hold-up from all the bending I did.Aroma?Not of roses, rather, some sort of chemical/plastic smell which I hope will dissipate over time, it’s a negative.Anything loose or wobbly?No.Are these considered “long-stem” roses?No. From my understanding, a long stem is (19”) to (24”), which these fall short of.How am I measuring the stems?The appropriate way to measure stems is from the base of the bloom to the end of the stem – not from the top of the bloom to the end of the stem, so I disagree with the listing’s way of measurement, which is from the top of the bloom to the end of the stem.What is the size of stems here?Here, the stems are about (17½”) long – which falls in the “medium” stem size average of (13”) to (18”).Are the stems floppy?No.Would I consider the blooms large?After study and measuring, my opinion is that these are not “large” blooms.What would I consider a large bloom?Large blooms are typically sized (4”) to (5”).What would I consider a medium sized bloom?Medium blooms are typically sized (3”) to (3½”).What size were these blooms?About (3½”) to “under” (4”).With the typical sizes in mind, what size are these?Hmm, for sure, they are medium sized, but what happened with most is that they were flattened so much that that diameter was hard to measure precisely, with some being larger, but under (4”). So, in between a large and small – which is good.Is there exaggerated shine anywhere?No.Any uncoated stem wiring?No – other than the ends can be a tad sharp but still coated.Any stem snap?A few scared me, but they returned to any shape without cracking or snapping – I was careful and slow.Any thorns?Yes, but just a couple normal sized where others were just small sharp bumps.But are these perfect?No.Value?In hindsight, and based on the totality, I think I received good value; but not exceptional value.Rating?Hmmm, based on the totality, I do “not” regret selecting these, they are capable, colorful, and hold a certain amount of loveliness, but are they five (5) star loveliness, hmm, no. I think them a solid four (4) star, the lack of transparency, their odor, price point, not being a true long stem, and being flattened just started us off on the wrong foot, which this never fully recovered from.I hope my thoughts added information.
I am in love with these artificial white roses. I use a lot of artificial and dried flowers when I make shadow boxes for gifts and also other craft projects. I was very impressed on how large the buds were, and how soft the petals are. The stems are very long and have notches in them to help size your arrangement. The leaves have a realistic pattern on them so from a short distance you can't even tell that they are not real. The pedals come a little pressed together but are very easy to spread out to make them very full. It comes with 25 flowers at price of almost $30 so it makes it around $1.20 per flower which is much cheaper than normal craft stores sell them for. If a bride wanted to make her own bouquet these would be an eye catcher for sure and keep her under budget since most florists charge outrageous amounts for them. With 25 flowers you could also make quite a few bridesmaids bouquets also. I highly recommend these flowers!!
I needed these fake flowers for a craft project that I am working on. This package includes a nice amount of fake flowers, more than I needed for my project. The red color is a tru red. The quality of these fake roses is good and they are really such a great value. No assembly is required here. The roses are the perfect size for a number of projects.
I was pleasantly surprised by these artificial roses. They have a surprisingly realistic look, with a velvet texture on the petals that very closely mimics the appearance of fresh cut roses. With flexible stems that hold their shape due to an internal wire, they will stay in the position that you mold them into. The stems can also be cut to size using heavy shears or wire cutters. Nearly as expensive as fresh cut roses from a florist, but they will last indefinitely, so I'll admit they're a better value.The only caveat is that the stems are segmented and don't as closely match real flowers as the blooms do, so I'd not put them in a clear, smooth vase. Looks great in an opaque or faceted vase.
