These are so perfect! Easy to install (with a level & a piece of blue tape as a template for the holes-trick)! They are lightweight yet sturdy! I have 4 leftover for a friend//8 is plenty as you can see.. I am not very tall and can’t image 12 albums on my wall. Absolutely love the final look~ ART & purpose. Amazing for the price. Great packaging!
Love the way these look, the wood color was perfect for my home office. While they are easy to install it was not easy to get all of them lined up perfectly so it took some time but super happy with them
They mostly work. But the wood is brittle and if you’re not careful it breaks very easily around the holes in the back making them useless.
Took a chance buying these on amazon although there were no previous reviews. Overall happy with the purchase, especially for the price. The shelves hold records well, even during an earthquake. Not the highest quality of material, (seems to be some sort of recycled/reclaimed wood fiber) but you're never really going to notice unless up close.It was quite the chore to install them all at the same height and width apart using a pencil and leveler. It ended up not being perfect but it was close enough for my liking and no one but I would notice. Depending on how many you wish to install, aspect to take at least 1-2 hours if you care about lining everything up. If that sounds like too much of a pain, I would recommend getting a long shelf that can house several records instead.
They are perfect!!!! I definitely recommend having someone who is good at measuring hang these up for you. I was lucky to have my dad do them for it. We noticed that some of the shelves have holes that don’t align well so he made a “template” with each one he hung up to mark the holes and then used that to mark where the holes need to be on the wall. But they are def worth the price and very good quality wood!
While each of these did include the hardware, I may move them around so I actually purchased command strips to hang them up. The command strips stuck to the wood with no issues.They are a very simple wood peice, nothing fancy but I wanted the look of these vs the plastic ones. The indention to hold the vinyls is wide enough for the Tortured Poets Dept to fit which is the thickest thing I own.
The shelves came as unfinished, not stained wood, and a few pieces were dented and scratched from rolling around the box with no protection from the screws and anchors.One of the shelves was cut the wrong direction, so I can’t use it with the rest since it won’t look cohesive.The anchors were too large for the screws, so the shelves aren’t stable on the wall and keep falling. Having a good anchor and screw combo is a must! If you’re going to buy these shelves, use different installation hardware.
