Not worth the money

The material is very thin so it looks frumpy when the curtains are hung. Also, most of the panels I got had a bad seam line; there is no stitching to hold the ends in place so the ends curl and allow light to come through the sides. I tried to stitch the end to give them more structure and discovered that the material was not sewn straight.Bottom line, the light blocking is good but the look, material quality and craftsmanship are subpar.I regret not returning them.

I had similar curtains from the brand on my “curtains” list.Why? Because there aren’t many curtains in that style! I really like the gold foil accent on them. I remember spending hours trying to find the perfect ones.I love them!I steamed the wrinkles and they look awesome.They have a different backing than my usual “velvet” curtains.They are thick and definitely they block the light. I read someone stating that they do not. They are in my corridor and it’s almost pitch black during the day when fully closed.They seem to be good quality.Thank you.

Nice unlined velvet-feel curtains

I really like the design of these curtains and they work really well for blocking out the Florida sun in my eastward facing apartment. However, I will say that I was not aware these curtains were unlined and they have one of the problems I've had in the past with unlined blackout curtains where they don't fully blackout the sun when being directly hit. I will say that these perform better than curtains at comparable prices and I would recommend them but be aware that they are not lined. I really like the ease of hanging them as the eyelets are really big and will fit most curtain rods without any issues, which I've had trouble with in the past.I am taking a star off for the fact that I didn't see anywhere in the listing that these are unlined, which is a pretty important piece of information to share, and they are advertised as velvet but I'm pretty sure it's the "velvet feel" type of fabric, which still feels nice but isn't true velvet.Overall, I do recommend these curtains but be aware of what you are getting that isn't mentioned in the product listing.

These are absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy! They’re so beautiful! The fabric is soft and velvety, the gold is so pretty and a real metallic finish with a nice light gold told that compliments the grey well. These are very well made high quality curtains!They are truly 100% blackout. Which is awesome. They are unlined, so if you care what they look like from the outside you may want to double them up with a matching gauzy material to let light through when they’re open but maintain some degree of privacy while also protecting the blackout material from UV damage.I would describe the grey as a pale cool grey. It’s a lovely shade and neutral enough for these curtains to fit many different types of decor while adding a touch of class.I absolutely love these. EXCELLENT for keeping out light, breezes and probably heat from the sun

These curtains do an EXCELLENT job of blocking out light and obstructing the view into your windows. I have these in addition to sheers that are on the window side of my setup. The back side of these is a “duct tape” color and might look weird or not very nice if they were the only curtains hanging without something more eye appealing on the outside. On the inside, these are very nice and look great. I’m upset with myself that I ordered the wrong length and will probably be exchanging them or a longer length. I love whow well these curtains block out the light and also, how well they stop people from being able to see images through my sheers at night when the inside lights are on. I would definitely recommend these curtains for the listed purpose. I also note that help to keep the cold air from entering my room from the chilly window panes.
