Light Blue/Ivory 9x12 Perfect rug!! In my opinion, this is the EXACT SAME rug as we have seen and touched in PB. The price of course on Amazon is 2 1/2 times less than I would have paid in PB or on Etsy. BTW, PB wanted a 300 delivery fee!! The seller took great care in packaging the rug and not even one loose thread was found on the rug. The wool quality is great, rug is so soft, just vacuumed it a lot (until no wool no longer came up) prior to putting furniture back. Folks that complain of shedding I think did not vacuum long enough. Got a RUGPADUSA 1/4 inch pad on Amazon that was hypoallergenic very easy to cut and size, we could not be happier with this purchase!! Pad and rug had NO odor, was the exact size we ordered and color exactly like the photo. We saved so much money on an unbelievable value price and it is the prettiest rug we ever had in our family room. Many thanks to Amazon and Seller! We highly recommend this product!

Beautiful PB dupe, worth the gamble!

I actually bought this rug after seeing another reviewer's photos. They were disappointed that the colorway was much more teal than dark indigo, but that was EXACTLY what I had been searching for. This is truly just like the PB rug in terms of look and feel, only the color is different and it's half the price! The watercolor variation does mean that some parts of the rug look more faded than others, so if you are looking for uniform color throughout this is not the rug for you (see second photo). The blue green is perfect if you are also trying to find a coastal rug that leans more teal and cream than sky blue or navy.The rug itself was packaged very thoroughly and arrived clean and on time. It will probably take a few days for the edges to totally flatten, and there is a new rug smell but it's not super strong. So far no shedding. The wool is soft, not scratchy and the rug has a thick backing (although would definitely recommend a non-slip rug pad if you are not anchoring with furniture).It felt like a gamble to make a big purchase that I couldn't see in person first, but I am thrilled with the results.

Quality rug and PB dupe

I wanted to wait a few months to give a review so here it is - the size of the rug is perfect for my space, ordered the 6x9 to go in front of a sectional. The thickness and cushioning is soft to walk on. This is an excellent alternative to PB capitola rug at half the cost. Rug was packaged very well when it arrived. I deducted a star because the coloring is a little more pink hues than what I thought I selected but still works and looks great. I would agree with others, the rugs does shed at first but after a few vacuums it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Corners/edges were stiff at first but flattened out. I also added a rug pad so it stays in place. I’m happy with my purchase.

Shed for Months

Purchased this as a dupe for a more expensive, name brand rug. It looks identical, but this rug sheds SO much. The quality is sub par. The fibers are rough and poke you. I tried vacuuming it everyday for a month and it still sheds everywhere. I have a one year old who plays on the rug and he’s always covered in the stiff rug fibers. I looked into returning this but the seller required us to ship the rug back ourselves, which would cost hundreds of dollars. I wish I had just spent the money on the original version, not this dupe.
