So nice! But the price…

This is a really good-looking artificial plant. It looks surprisingly realistic in person, and the pot it comes in is really nice - something I’d actually pick out myself! I also love that there’s no assembly at all. I took it out of the box and it was ready to go.My only complaint is the price - it feels a little high for what it is. (I took off one star for this.) That said, it does look good and saves the hassle of caring for a real plant, so whether it’s worth it will be up to you.

Good Size and Very Attractive Accent Piece

I have noticed product photos sometimes greatly exaggerate the item’s size, but the photos for this artificial Agave plant are pretty accurate. This faux plant is a nice size, and it stands on its own as the hero piece on a table, shelf or bookcase. It is not quite a foot tall, with half of that measurement due to the attractive pot. The gradient green agave leaves with reddish tips are very realistic, both in color and shape. Live agave plants need minimal care, and this artificial one needs none!The white ceramic pot has a beautiful recessed texture that forms concentric bands around the circumference, while the flared foot is smooth. The small earth-colored stones that hold the plant in place are well sealed and do not loosen. The faux plant comes very well padded in plastic and foam, and it was somewhat difficult to lift it from the packing because it was so secure.According to the documentation that came with the plant, it has been UV tested and is weather resistant, with the color fidelity guaranteed for 5+ years. There is a 12 month ‘quality commitment’. However, it also states to avoid prolonged direct sunlight exposure… so I will definitely be keeping this indoors. If you like clean, simple minimalism in your living environment, then this faux agave will definitely please you.
