Sophisticated soft floral aroma that greets you beautifully when coming home

I’ve been really pleased with AirScent Hotel Diffuser Oil No. 1066 in the Peonies Cashmere Jasmine scent. I use it in a simple reed diffuser with wooden sticks in our living room, and it has created exactly the soft, elegant atmosphere I was looking for. Right after adding about fifteen drops to the bottle and flipping the reeds, a beautiful, gentle floral fragrance began to fill the space. It’s genuinely pleasant and luxurious – you get fresh peonies right away, beautifully blended with creamy jasmine and a light touch of lily of the valley, then it settles into this warm, cozy layer of cashmere, suede, and French vanilla that feels sophisticated and feminine without ever being overpowering.What I especially love is how naturally the scent behaves in the room. Of course, when you’re in the space for a long time, your nose gets used to it and you stop noticing the fragrance as much – that’s completely normal with any good home scent. But every time I walk through the door after being out, the smell hits me right away, and it’s just wonderful – fresh, inviting, and expensive-hotel-like. Our guests have noticed the same thing: almost everyone who comes over comments how nice and welcoming the house smells the moment they step inside. Light floral scent, not so much cashmere, amber or French vanilla

I got this Hotel No. 1066 fragrance oil in the .34 fl oz size to use in the new waterless diffuser my husband got me for my birthday. It comes in an amber glass bottle with a plastic lid. Inside the lid is a plastic plug that allows for drops to come out and is the perfect size for the syringe that came with my diffuser. I still managed to spill a drop or two on my tablecloth, but that’s on me, not the fragrance oil container.The smell is very floral, but light floral. Initially there was a waxy smell, maybe that was supposed to be the cashmere, amber and French vanilla. I personally was not a fan and it didn’t smell like any of those things to me. But after maybe 10 minutes or so, the waxy scent went away and it was all light pleasant florals. I smell the peonies and lily of the valley, and maybe a light jasmine. All of it is light and sweet.I love that this oil is made in the USA, is pet safe, and does not contain parabens and phthalates, etc. It’s hard to find fragrance oils with these quality and safety assurances.Overall, I think this is a good quality fragrance oil, though the scent profile isn’t as layered as I expected it is still very pleasant. It’s a decent value for the price, and certainly for the quality.
