Nice bergamot, woody. Not much jasmine

It has a nice bergamot scent, citrusy and woody. I'm a bit disappointed that I don't detect much jasmine. Still, it's a nice, pleasant scent. I sprinkled a few undiluted drops to dried flowers. While it made the flowers smell nice the scent was undectable in the room. I added a few undiluted drops to a wax melt. The result, while better than the flowers, was so-so. I made a room/fabric refresher using the undiluted oil, witchhazel and distilled water... this gave the best result adding a subtle, pleasant scent to the room and fabric surfaces.

Rich, classy scent!

I’m usually a “clean scents” only type of person (eg. clean linen, fresh cotton, etc.) so I was a little hesitant to try this scent. However, from the moment I unscrewed the top and took my first sniff, I was hooked! How can I describe it? I think the word I would use is “rich” or “opulent”. I don't know if I got a bottle of old stock or what the exact problem is. Hotel quality and potency this is not! I love bergamot & was looking forward to a crisp, citrusy scent blended with the earthiness of bamboo. I emptied half the bottle into my diffuser but there was no discernable fragrance emitted. Subsequently, I tried again by pouring the remainder of the oil into a small stone bowl and placed it in my bedroom. Nothing at all. If I put my nose directly into the bowl, I could catch a faint whiff of something, but it wasn't bergamot.
