Best Home Fragrance Diffuser I own
This is a GAME CHANGER! I have previously purchased the AERA mini home fragrance diffuser and had some trouble with the outlet arrangement in my home. However, this version that I just purchased is completely functional and so easy to switch to the proper arrangement. The app is such a treat, as I am now using it in my office an can operate from my phone and can save the fantastic scent longevity. My aera is so well made, it is stylish, small and operates so quietly that I don't even notice it's on. This should be on everyone's Holiday Shopping List! It's a perfect price point and a gift that everyone could use. So happy I purchased a second one!

A Month-Long Masterclass in How Not to Run a Company
tl;dr - If you enjoy customer service that doesn't read your emails, products that don't work out of the box, and the faint scent of regret, Aera is the company for you.December 19th: Ordered a diffuser from their website. Website said 7-10 business days. Cool, hopefully it'll arrive by Christmas. At the very least, by New Year's.Narrator: It did not.January 5th: Still no shipping confirmation. Reached out to support. Their response? "Our warehouse was closed for the last few weeks. Want to cancel?" No apology, no ETA, no explanation for why this wasn't communicated anywhere on their website. No, I don't want to cancel... I just want to get the unit I ordered last month, Darron.Mid-January: Unit finally arrives. Doesn't work. I try every troubleshooting step. Nothing. I email asking for a refund and tell them "I'm ordering my replacement from Amazon because I don't trust your logistics". Their response? "Would you like to exchange it? Please provide the serial number." Did you even read my email, Cedrick?I order a second unit from Amazon because I've lost all faith. That one seems fine, but plot twist - turns out I accidentally bought a Mini capsule because Aera's product labeling is nearly identical between incompatible product lines. My fault? Sure. But also, maybe don't make your products look exactly the same?So I return the full-size, order a Mini to match the capsule I have. Mini arrives. Plug it in. LEDs start scrolling endlessly. Won't diffuse. And then - the cherry on top - the capsule starts LEAKING out the top.Three units. Two product lines. One leaking capsule. Zero working diffusers. A month of my life. And my apartment still doesn't smell like jasmine and wild thyme.I'm going back to candles.

Not Inexpensive / Not Overpowering
I had to search through several fragrances to find a few that I really enjoyed. Unfortunately the sampling is not free and then you just find one the fragrances are somewhat expensive. But the fragrances they offer are unique, and the dispensers are cool. For me they could be a little stronger than they are. But overall I would recommend this product if you want an indulgence.

I got this for my sons teacher. She seemed like such a loving young lady but she used bath and body works wallflowers. Knowing my son would spend 7 hours a day in the classroom inhaling all the toxic chemicals I knew I had to ask her to remove it for the sake of his allergies. She was willing and do we gave her this for her heart to sacrifice for our son. The scents are way better than the cheap stuff on the market and tou just plug in and enjoy. It's not like an oil diffuser that you'd have to fill with water and essential oils. So far so good.
