Rug color not like add

I was not happy with the color of the rug; it appeared more beige than cream. I contacted the seller to arrange a return, but I have to pay for the postage, which I'm unsure about. If the rug gets damaged during shipping, I may not receive a refund. I do have pictures of the rug neatly and tightly packaged, as I didn’t fully unwrap it and managed to keep it in the original wrapping. I’m concerned that this process might not be worth it, as I could potentially lose both the rug and my money.
