Not What We Expected

I ordered two of these rugs. One for my LR and one for my DR. The first thing my husband and I noticed was the chemical smell. The second thing we noticed was the color, which was supposed to be sage green and ivory. There was a long brown strip of color going from left to right, there was more gray or brown in the pattern where the color green should’ve been. When I contacted the seller, they sent snippets of pictures of the rug telling me that they is over 10 different colors in the rug. I didn’t order a rug with 10 different colors. I ordered a rug that was green and ivory. Below is a video of the rug I received. The seller refuses to send pay prepaid label to me and refuses to pick the rugs up. The dining room rug is exactly the same with blotches of brown and gray where the color green should be. The pattern is lovely and I would have been thrilled with the rug. If it had been the colors it was supposed to be. The seller has 48 hours to get back to me with a prepaid label. If he does not, Amazon will file a claim. They have already seen the pictures and video, so they are aware that the rugs are a highly inferior product. Beware - the seller is uncooperative.
