I absolutely love this rug! The 6 x 9 size is perfect for my living room and the quality is excellent. I read through the reviews and decided to take a chance on this rug. I’m so glad I did! First off I will agree with a lot of the reviews about the smell. It’s a strong chemical smell. I’ve had the rug down since yesterday and it’s still really strong. I’m sure it will continue to fade. I ordered the beige 10 by 14. I almost went cream but I’m glad I chose the beige because it is perfect. It’s soft and looks so high end. You can feel the raised lines when walking on it so if that will bother you I’d pass on this. It’s fine for me. The beige color is more of a light neutral, not warm or yellow which I truly appreciate! Go for it!

Cheap and Waste of time

Do not buy a rug for them. I’ve bought plenty of rugs over the years and have never experienced such a hard time returning/exchanging. I tried to return and the post office quoted me for $400 return fee which was more than the rug costs, then the seller came back and told me I was wrong and it should have been in the $100s which is still absurd considering the rug didn’t cost that much. The rug is very cheap, no cushion to it what so ever, and it was too small. Every other seller I’ve ordered from has allowed me to return with no problem and even paid for the shipping. I need 3 rugs for my home and I will most definitely be ordering from someone else. Don’t waste your time.
