I've gotten other rugs similar to this, so knew what to expect. These types of rugs are great. I'm thankful for these types of area rugs.I got the 4 x 6. It's done with very muted, soft tones, and it's all waves and swirls. The pattern is interesting to look at, and at the same time it's a soothing and calming pattern. The colors are warm.I got this rug placed in the kitchen. The rug lies flat, it hugs the floor, and it's soft and clean looking. The description describes it as stain repellant, and that's a good thing when the rug is large and has lighter tones.This is a very soft rug, which my 8 month old great grandson is enjoying. He's actively crawling, so enjoys the feel, the softness, the patterns in the rug. It's a good thickness for him to lay down on.I find that this rug is an excellent value for the price. It's gorgeous, it's soft, and is of a size that I can clean it when needed in my washing machine.

Affordable Rug with a Plush Feel

For my home office, I wanted something more stylish than those clear plastic floor mats to protect my floor from scrapes that my office chair tends to make. I was glad to come across this Abani rug. For a low pile rug, it feels surprisingly soft and plush against my feet. The wave pattern adds texture without being too overly busy and fits in with my modern decor. The gradient color of soft tan to darker brown adds a hint of warmth and makes the room feel soothing. A bonus for when I'm on those difficult Zoom calls.While I am using mine for my home office, I can see it fitting well in high traffic areas like the laundry room, dorm rooms and apartments, and at its current price point, it won’t put too much dent on your holiday budget.

Perfect Area Rug!

I am so impressed with this beautiful area rug from Abani. It arrived without any odor whatsoever which is rare. My experience with area rugs have been that initially, they have a chemical smell that takes a few days to dissipate. Not this one! Zero odor right out of the packaging.It arrived carefully rolled and protected in plastic. They even put protective blue covers on each end.It took seconds to unroll it and it had only a little uplift on each end. I put a couple heavy books on each end and left them overnight to get the lift flattened. The next morning, the rug was laying flat and those small “uplifts” on the ends were flat.Also, I’m impressed with how easy it is to clean. My son dropped his bowl of milk and cereal on it and it just wiped right up with a damp washcloth. No stain was left.The color, the softness, the pattern, seriously you can’t go wrong ordering this area rug.I would buy from this brand again. Really great quality!

Curling Edges

I placed weights on the corners for two days and let it sit an additional two, but the edges remain lifted. Nice Cushion and Soft Texture, but Needs a Non Slip Pad

I got this rug to help my senior dog, who has been struggling on our hardwood floors. The rug has a comfortable amount of cushioning, and the soft texture makes it easy on her paws. She seems to really like standing and walking on it, which is the main reason I purchased it.One thing to note is that the underside is extremely slippery. It slides easily on hardwood, so I ended up buying a separate non slip pad. With the pad underneath, it works perfectly, but without it the rug won’t stay in place.Overall, it’s a soft, comfortable rug that looks nice, but be prepared to add a non slip solution if you’re using it on hard floors.

Just what I wanted

I am stepping out of bed in the morning onto this soft rug. I usually fumble in the dark for my slippers and end up touching my cold tiled floor, but now, I hop right up. I have been looking for a bedside rug for a while now, and I am so glad that I will not have to go through another winter without one. Most of the rugs that are in this price point have a residue that falls off the bottom like cornstarch plastic. This does not, which leads me to believe that it is a quality rug. The hemming is nice and tight. My little Rumba can easily vacuum it without a problem. I placed heavy books on the corners for 2 days to flatten it out as it came rolled. It was wavy at first, but settled down nicely over time. This rug arrived in five days and was packaged very well; wrapped in plastic and placed in a nice, sturdy box. If I need to buy another rug in the future, I will buy from this company.
