Rug is soft and all colors show. You’ll need a rug pad for sure. We ordered and 8x10 rug and also an 8x10 pad. We had to cut the pad so I would size down on the pad. I would love if the rug was a little thicker.

We never like to spend a lot of money on rugs because of our dogs. After seeing this one online, I liked the colors and especially liked the price for an 8x10. I’m really glad that I made the purchase because I couldn’t be happier. The color is great and so is the quality - remember….it’s not an expensive rug, so you have to temper your expectations. But for our purpose it goes really well with the light/airy vibe we have going for our house at the beach.
