Great mirror w/ attractive built-in light. RGB is fun occasionally but not needed.
Bought this for our redesigned bathroom and have been very happy with it. The overhead light in our bathroom is connected to a fan, so it makes noise whenever it is turned on. Having a light on the mirror allows us to use the bathroom late at night without having the fan turn on. The random background colors are entertaining, but definitely not necessary and not likely to be used much. The built-in light and defogger, however, are both awesome features. The giant mirror is great, and makes our small bathroom feel bigger than it is. It really maximizes natural light as well, so the room feels bright even on cloudy days.

Cool mirror
The mirror looks great overall with the black frame, and hangs easily. I clipped the cord and wired it into what was the vanity light. Things to be aware of, its not overly bright on the front facing led's, the anchors are just junk. Overall Im happy with it though.

Good mirror, adds a little character and brightness to the room.
Bought 2 of these one for myself and one for a job I had done for a customer. Excellent quality. Light isnt as bright as I had expected, but we have other lighting in the room to take care of that. I wouldn't expect this to light up an entire bathroom by itself.

Super responsive customer service - could not expect anything better
The mirrors are beautiful and provide a very nice RGB glow as well are functional by proving frontal light. You can see yourself very clearly in the mirror due to the lights. The defog feature is outstanding. I got several mirrors of different sizes for 3 bathrooms. One mirror had an issue - a loud buzzing sound when the lights and defogging option was off, as soon as one of options was on, the buzzing sound good go away. Because the mirror was supposed to be in the master bedroom, it would not work for me. I was ready to send the 1-out-of-3 mirrors back, but I figured I'd contact the customer support first to see what can be done. The customer service responded with 2 hours. I was impressed. I explained the issue I was having with the mirror (the buzzing sound). After several emails back and forth (which all happend within 1 day!!!!), it was determined that this particular mirror had to be replaced because of an issue with the power supply. The customer service resolved my issue. Would I buy more mirrors from the in the future? Absolutely, mainly because there is a responsive customer service behind the product. There is alway warranty, which I'm sure they'd honor. Overall very positive outcome despite initial issue with one of ther products. I give 5 stars because the mirror is beautiful, function and there is an excellent customer service that stands behind it.
