I used them to decorate inside the house and will be buying more to decorate the deck outside. Once you unpack the vines, they have a bit of a smell (like any artificial plastic has), but the smell airs within 10 minutes completely. So, it is not an issue at all. Definitely smelly like everyone else has already said, but I let them air out for a few days (and sprayed some febreeze on them) and they were good enough to hang up without an obvious smell. I did have a few leaves fall off as I was working with them, and a few were already fallen off when I first opened the package, but it’s only a few of many that are missing! Not noticeable at all, and they look great.Definitely way more cost effective than the ones at urban! They’re a great dupe (though I don’t own the urban ones) if that’s why you’re looking for them!

Looks great and it's a nice length. HOWEVER, this product had a god awful smell when I unboxed it. I can only compare it to a dead animal. I ended up washing it in the sink with ajax dish soap. I also noticed a lot of dye came off (which ironically helped make it look more natural). Washing it got rid of the scent and unnecessary deep green. Now, it's a better product lol

Great product but…………….

These faux vines did have an odor so I sprayed them with Lysol and opened them up and just let them air out, smell was gone with a day or 2. It is only 12 vines in the pack so if you are looking for a fuller look I would suggest buying more. These vines are a bit shinny but from a far you can’t tell. The only thing I disliked about these vines is that there are no loops at the end to hangs these I had to tack them to the wall in order to achieve the look you see in the pictures. In the end I made it work and would recommend this product.
